I want to start by saying that this Wendy’s I’ve found to be really hit or miss in the customer service aspect BUT I’m going to rate 5 stars solely because of Todd. Every time I see Todd specifically I get the best customer experience I’ve ever gotten from any fast food chain period. If Wendy’s had some kind of customer service training program or video for its employees, Todd would be in it. If someone who works at this Wendy’s sees this please go thank Todd for doing an excellent job and tell him to keep doing what he’s doing.

Ever since COVID struck, these folks have been overworked and under appreciated. One time we had quite a wait and the guy taking our order apologized because there was only 3 people working. (NOTE, ALL fast food in this area has the same issues.) Unfortunately, this is a political issue causing this problem. Because of that, I cannot fault the management or workers.That day, when I got my order, they goofed up, sorry to say. But I called when I got home and noticed, and the manager comp'd my meal, for which I am very grateful. It wasn't anything major, but he still insisted the next meal was on them.I also like that they have hired some handicapped workers. Some of the front counter ladies gives it her all in spite of her disability. She comes around and visits our table, asks if she can get us anything else. I haven't got that type of service from abled-bodied folks at other place.

Is this location truly closed on Sunday or are they having issues with staffing? Regardless there should be a sign posted in the drive through or the monitor should be turned off. Also, they should move away from chick-fil-a; not sure how they compete or why they thought being across from a direct "healthier" competitor would make sense. I love wendys but not here.

I feel bad leaving this because it looked like the workers were trying and understaffed, but the lobby was closed, took 35 minutes in drive through of six cars, they started giving us the wrong order before I corrected them and the burgers literally smelled like BO. I’ve never smelled a food that was supposed to be eaten smell so bad. It was disgusting. They also forgot to give me my credit card back and the fries were cold and not fresh. Just all around terrible experience. Managers need to get more people here to work and get these things fixed when understaffed.

I've had good experiences in the afternoons when I've visited, but every single morning they never seem to be open. They claim to be open at 6:30am, but each day I've come the last several weeks at 8am they are absolutely unresponsive and seemingly closed, despite me seeing people/a person moving around in the back kitchen and several cars in the parking lot. It has just been a frustrating experience each morning that has left a bad taste in my mouth about this location. If you aren't open until 9 or whenever it is you open your drive through, please post it as such.

All I’m gonna say is Todd & Trinity. They were the two who treated me SO WELL when I visited about a month ago. They were so kind and friendly!!! Wendy’s, I hope you take care of these people because Todd & Trinity are the reason why I would come back and have such a great experience.

Great customer service-the guys are very nice! But it took 30 minutes To get through a good line of cars. Chick-fil-a next door was busier but moving way faster. 6:30 pm on a Saturday night.We were late for an appointment. Yummy food but terribly slow.

This Wendy's is understaffed. The line was short, but we sat at the menu board for 15 minutes after the worker acknowledged that we were there. The food was barely warm, but the order was correct. I felt bad for the people working there because it was not their problem. They were doing their best and they showed up. The management needs to find creative solutions to their staffing problems. Good luck...

Food was good, service fine. Ready to have the sit down area open. It is so frustrating to travel and have to eat in the car. Also, they forgot to give me my cc back. I realized a little later, but because the sit down area is not open, I had to either wait in the drive through again for another 20 minutes or bang on the side door. They are short staffed so it took some time to get their attention, but they were super helpful once they opened the side door.

Pulled into the drive through at 7:14 Saturday evening. 8-10 cars in line, so I knew it wouldn't be fast, but it was 8:00 before I got my food. Incredibly slow service, and the dining room was closed so the drive through was the only draw on their resources. Food was fine once I received it.
