I wouldn't eat here if the food was free.I had quite possibly the absolute worst fast food experience of my entire life at this location. I ordered a frosty in the drive through, paid, and they handed it to me less than a minute later. I pull out into the road and open my frosty and it's completely liquid, not even cold. There is absolutely no way any employee on their first day should have handed that out the window.I went back and asked why they would even give that to a customer. She literally just shrugged and said she'd pour me another one. I said no thanks and asked for a refund. It took her like five minutes to track down a manager and bring back less than half what I paid. I gave her the exact amount I paid and she literally argued with me saying I was wrong. I insisted and she went back and found my order and verifies in fact I did pay what I said. So she comes back again and offers me three quarters of a refund. (Never an apology)I was just plain insulted at this point. Eventually after like ten minutes of her arguing with me about how much I paid, she eventually got it right and I got my full refund. Not only did I not get any food, I lost like 30 minutes of my day arguing about the refund and never getting an apology whatsoever.A customer should never be served completely inedible food and if they are, the employees absolutely should not be arguing with a customer about how much they paid and offering partial refinds. Forget apologizing for the entire mess which never happened.I seriously wouldn't eat here for free and there's no way anyone reading this review should even consider patronizing them for any reason.

TLDR: Don't go to this location if you expect timelines or accuracy.Ordered door dash from this location. The door dash delivery driver had to wait here for almost 30 minutes to pick up our order. We had several sandwiches in our order, one of them being the new hot honey chicken which ended up being just a chicken sandwich. Our DD driver apologized profusely and said he didn't know what took so long as they where not busy. I have been to this location a few other times recently and I understand it was on them at this location. The staff is either trained poorly or just don't care. Go to another Wendy's location.

I go here when I don't have much time on my lunch break, but lately the staff has been... terrible. The girls are obviously very unhappy working there. One cut me off mid order, told me to pull forward and when I told her I wasn't finished, she grumpily said, "sorry. I'm multitasking, pull forward."GIRL. We are all multitasking. Then the other girl at the window says, "so is that all you want?" with a dead soul in her eyes. I told her "sure" and she says to me, "yeah, she's multitasking... "She was not amused by my recommendation to go help her.

They won’t serve truck drivers, I won’t support their business. Was told to go somewhere else by the Female manager, because my semi truck wouldn’t fit through their drive thru, so I walked into the lobby. I will never bother wasting my time or money at this location. I hope you don’t either.

I would give zero stars if I could but that’s not an option. Do yourself a favor and do a lap around to see if the place is closed before queuing at the drive thru otherwise you’ll sit there only to discover no ones there. There on line hours says the dining room closes at 3 or 4 PM without a drive thru one at midnight. Nope. The food is good when you can get some.

I was so excited to get a nice chicken sandwich today. I was pleasant and happy as I pulled up to the drive through. A worker (Host Yesenia according to my receipt) was terribly rude. I genuinely felt like I was doing something very wrong for how she treated me. She took my credit card with a rolling of her eyes and slamming the window shut. Then another worker who was much more pleasant handed me my food. Then I sat there for about 2 minutes waiting for my credit card back and the worker who took my payment opened the window and rolled her eyes at me not saying anything. So I said in a very nice voice “I’m so sorry I just need my credit card back.” She scoffed and snatched my credit card, basically threw it at me, and slammed the window shut. She didn’t even say sorry or thank you. She was so mean and so rude I couldn’t even believe it was actually happening. Her manager needs to remind her that she is getting paid $14 an hour to serve people food. If she is mad we are ordering food she shouldn’t be at Wendy. I know we are short workers but this one is a bad Apple! Trust me, you don’t want her in your restaurant serving guests. She acted this way to a nice customer who asked for nothing extra. imagine if I would have asked for extra sauce or something…SOS!

Stopped for breakfast on the way to a funeral and the service in the drive through was awesome. Redd was a bright spot in an otherwise heartbreaking day. Said hello to our children and went out of her way to make sure everything was right with our order. Thanks, Redd, bless your sweet heart. ♡♡♡♡

This place can be a bit slow prior to the pandemic, now with the loss of multiple employees, I have found them to be faster and more resilient. Standard fast food fare, with none of the drama which is always a joy.

They’ve been closing earlier than all other locations for the last year and they almost always get the food wrong. Maybe it’s because of Covid but they also haven’t had their inside open for the last two years or so. Additionally, I went there today and not only did they close at 4 which is the middle of the day but someone else had put a sign in the drive through saying that. I repeat someone who literally does not work at Wendy’s had to put a sign up saying it closed at 4
