Great service love it coming back.
Given what the employee's had to deal with on Memorial Day, they did a fantastic job. The wait was long to get in but according to the people working that day they were really short on help - a lot of the seating was empty simply because they didn't have the staff to handle the volume of customers. As per usual, the food and service were awesome.
It was more expensive than I remember, but the bread that they bring out with the honey butter is always amazing, and helps you to forget the little bit of the extra sting to your wallet. They always have very good steaks here, and this one did not disappoint. We also enjoyed their fully loaded sweet potato, which was a extra little delight! We don't usually attend this restaurant but the once or twice a year that we do go, it has always been pretty good.
We stopped here for dinner last night (04/03/22) and were seated in the bar area. Not sure why, but it took about 10-15 minutes until the waitress stopped by our table to greet us and take our order. Our steaks and salads were yummy. We'll be back as the food has been consistently good at nearly every Texas Roadhouse we've ever visited. Service can be hit or miss. If the service were as consistently good as the food, our rating would be 5/5.
Love it here. The hot rolls with cinnamon butter are some of the best freebies any restaurant has.The appetizers are delicious and filling. The steak is consistently good and juicy, regardless of the doneness or the cut.The Texas combo plate is big enough to share, or take home to have two lighter meals.Service is almost always top notch.
Do not recommend the country fried sirloin, my boyfriend and I both got it tonight. Super fatty, thin slice of bad quality meat. We took two bites each and I had to spit out a chunk of it due to it basically being rubber. The waiter told us a lot of people had been having problems with it lately and he could get us something else, but we lost our appetites. He took them off our bill though and was super kind and helpful. They at least have nice and helpful staff, just don’t recommend this meal
I went in on Presidents’ Day and we had a pretty good experience aside from the longer wait it was great. Rhys does a fantastic job and was very attentive to out table I highly recommend him as a server. I do feel bad for the servers though because there was one table across from ours that was very self righteous and rude to the staff. Just wanted to let you guys know that y’all are doing a great job and keep up the hard work!
we normally LOVE this place. however after tonight we will NEVER step foot in this location ever again. our server REESE or however you spell his name was the worst server we have ever had. his service was terrible. but not even that because I got upset to him that my meal was cooked wrong after waiting over an hour for it. & asked him for the check. he came back. THREW our check at our table & walked away. my husband stood up & said “excuse me! you don’t ever do that!!” he yelled at my husband & so my husband asked for the manager. we had kids at our table!! he could have hit one of them. he could have knocked over drinks etc. HE IS THE WORST!!! never get him!!!
We had great experience! Zach, our waiter was amazing. The perfect mix of attentive and not pushy. We loved him! We got our food quickly and it was delicious and cooked the way we wanted. The host was also amazing, answering our questions. We love this location and the way they treat their customers!
I’d like to start off by saying this place started off amazing and I never had any issues and went on a weekly basis. As Covid hit, they started slipping as far as food quality and service are concerned. We waited over an hour to get our food in a mostly empty restaurant, and when we got it, our sides were all missing. When we finally got them, they were incorrect. They also told us that sauces were hard to come by and that there was none in the entire restaurant. I order the largest prime rib cut and it came out with about 2oz of meat and about 30oz of fat large enough to fill an entire plate. Typically speaking, restaurants wouldn’t count a pound of fat towards the weight of the meat that you’re already over paying for. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Spend the extra $50 and go to Ruth’s or Flemings.
