I really hate writing bad reviews because generally businesses are really trying their best to provide good service. I dont feel that is the case in this instance though. So here we go.On 4/8/22 I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl.-The chicken was only cooked on one side, the other side was raw. I didnt notice until after taking a few bites. Barf.-we asked for a refund and were told they couldn't do a refund until the manager came in the next day and they would have the manager call us.-manager never called us.-So we called the manager and the manager would not refund our money and only offered to send a gift card. ?-Gift card never came.-My husband called in but we still never received a refund or a gift card-So here we are, its June 4th, and nothing. We paid for a meal that wasn't fully cooked to health department standards and I did indeed have some digestive upset. So fun.-This really should be refunded because I wasn't able to eat the meal and we don't want to eat here again with a gift card. Also additional training is needed so this doesn't happen to someone else.-This is reeeeally poor customer service.I still have my original receipt and pictures and have posted them. Go check them out and see for yourself how raw the chicken was. So gross.
A little cup of dry chicken, rice, and soggy vegetables thrown into a bowl for $11? Any Chinese buffet will give you better quality and more options than this.
Very fast service and tasty as well. As a vegetarian I ordered the Tofu and Avocado plate with the spiciest option and it was delicious, I put too much teriyaki on it but besides that it was great! The portion of food they serve is so much for what you pay. The restaurant is quite clean! Would recommend if you like teriyaki!
Very clean restaurant, friendly people and fresh offerings. Very varied menu with lots of offerings. I had the regular ginger salmon plate of fresh veggies, choice of white/brown rice and a large piece of salmon. Came with ginger and teriyaki sauces. I also had the 16 oz miso soup, which was delicious with large chunks of tofu. The $15 meal was very tasty and filling. Highly recommend.
This place was an unexpected pleasure. Their teriyaki sauce is delicious, and not too sweet.The chicken and beef were both tender and tasty, they lose a star because their shrimp is tragic.If you’re like me you’ll want some extra sauce.
2 words: teriyaki steak. I like to pour the sauce over the veggies then eat the teriyaki veggies with rice then sneak a bite of steak here there. After eating I like to sit and soak in the fealing of "full enough". Large guy like me is now ready take on the rest of the day. Can't stress enough, not feeling food koma. Ordering chicken bowl to go for tomorrow's lunch
Honestly, I love this place! Always has fresh ingredients and you never feel sick after eating here.

The whole time I was there, there weren't that many people, and I was surprised how slow it was.Customer service was pretty good, and I'm happy that they were patient with me, because I never been to this place before.It might just be me, but I felt like the prices were a few dollars higher than I was expecting, but I'm not going to admit that much of the fuss about it.There wasn't too much of a wait, only about 5 to 6 minutes, but I still did enjoy the food...Am I going to return? You know, maybe. But I don't think I'll go out of my way to this this place. Nothing against It, but this just isn't the style of food I generally crave
