Once in a while, a Taco Bell leaves a lasting impact upon society. I want to find a Taco Bell like that someday. There was a Cantina Taco Bell in San Francisco but it was closed for Covid. Thank goodness they were, otherwise I'd have gotten the squirts AND covid.But as for this location, it didn't really leave an impact on me, but I went there to feed my pregnant wife and when I was in line I realized it was Easter. The food bought me at least 30 minutes of peace and quiet, so thanks employees for working on Easter.
I ordered a 5 layer burrito, they did not make it right. The did not put any cheddar cheese in the burrito.I ordered a large drink, I got a warm drink back, no ice. The drink was flat.Bad experience. I could not go back or I would have to go through the drive through again and have to get behind another five cars.
Wow. We visit this Taco Bell pretty regular and the custom service has gone way down hill. The guy who is the regular drive thru guy used to be super nice and friendly is has been rude and unfriendly the last several months and gets worse each time. Tonight we I put in our order he told me it was his 3rd day working and he didn't know where the button was for the combo meal I ordered. I was very polite and know most places are short handed and asked if anyone was around to show him and he said no they only had 2 workers. So I ordered the items in the combo individually. When I got to the window he wouldn't even look at me , just quickly shoved things out the window. I looked at the receipt later to look at the survey information and noticed that he was using someone else's name as the cashier ( a female worker) maybe to avoid the bad reviews going in his name? The management or owner needs to either try their best to get more employees or maybe cut down on their hours being open like some other places to help their employees from being burned out and ride or chat with their employees about not being rude and lazy or they will continue losing business. Like some of the other people who have done reviews I will be driving further to another Taco Bell the next time I decide to eat it . Or this will just help me cut down on eating out all together.
I have in the past had issues with this Taco Bell. WOW!!! what a change...last 3 times orders correct, done quick, pleasant employees. Great job, there is a tall guy, very jokes and is happy to serve. tgere is a gal at the register, very pleasant takes orders, makes sure it right. Big smile, glasses...she is the best!! i got my 8 burritos and crispy tacos asap with a smile, i do get confused on the number that is before 8 but they fixed it for me. Thanks!!!!
I love taco bell, truly I used to go twice a week. I just moved to this area and was excited to see there was a nearby taco bell. The first time I went was kinda weird the food was the same but the person was unfriendly. The second time was funny in an awkward what the bananas just happened sort of way. When I told the kid I didn't need a straw he maintained eye contact and destroyed it in front of me before slamming the window shut. It was hilarious, but odd. The last time and it will be my last they were so unfriendly and cold. I think I'd be better off just driving to the Orem one.
I can’t believe how horrible this taco bell is. I’ve gone for my lunch breaks and the employees have never even smiled at me. AND they ALWAYS mess up my order. I can’t have dairy, and when I ask for stuff without cheese they’ve given it to me more than once. At first I was going to keep this too myself because I hate being “that person”. But last Sunday my dad went to go get some taco bell for me!! He is the sweetest guy ever. When he gets the order he notices that they gave him the wrong sauce. (i wanted mild, and they gave him hot) instead of kindly correcting this issue, the employee THREW a handful of hot and mild sauces at my dad. He is far too kind to say something, and honestly the customer service is so bad I don’t feel bad about leaving a negative review. I wish i could give this 0 stars. I’d also like to mention when they threw the sauce at my dad through the drive through window a ton fell on the ground, and i’m positive they didn’t pick it up. I’ll never be going back to taco bell. and if my friends ever mention it i will bring this up. 0/5 stars.
I mean - it's taco bell! I like taco bell! My issue is this location changes hours, or has very limited hours, all of the time and closes before 5pm sometimes. Even on weekends. Weird. They also don't have dining in anymore. Maybe they don't have enough employees. It's a bummer, because this location is close and my husband and I like taco bell every now and again.
The food was good and staff was friendly.
Today, we pulled up and we were 5 cars away from the order kiosk at the drive through. By the time we got to the drive through there were 12 cars behind us. (Lunchtime Rush).EJ, Jesse, and Ellie handled our 21 item order to perfection!They got our order correct, even with special requests. They prepared a delicious and warm meal in a timely fashion. They labeled our items so we could recognize which item was which without needing to open up the item to verify what the contents contained. They did it all with a smile though it speaks definitely crazy.We are from California where Taco Bell is King. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Go to Lehi Taco Bell and enjoy a great meal from EJ, Jesse, and Ellie.
So I work a funky night shift and on one of my days off I decided to go for Taco Bell. Being a graves person I generally have limited options due to places being closed. The Lehi location was closed (I live like 5 mins away from it) so I went to the Pleasant Grove one (15ish minute drive). Everyone else had the same idea, busy night so I won't be too harsh. Long story short my order was incorrect. Ordered $26.01 worth of food, got about $15 worth, some of the items I'd never order. I had ordered at 9:39 and they closed at 10 so no correcting same night. The days got away from me and it was back to work. Today was thinking what to get for lunch and remembered the situation. The Lehi location was gracious enough to fix my order for me and everyone was very pleasant about it. Very happy with the situation.
