This location is the reason that I will never order from any Taco Bell location ever again. I have received extremely rude customer service on multiple occasions, but today takes the cake. Today they refused to allow me to pick up my mobile order inside, and instead told me to wait in a drive thru with 25 cars (even though I scheduled for pickup). These were not COVID precautions, this was simply employees refusing to do their jobs. Also, Taco Bell corporate has garbage marketing tactics where they remove the best items, call them “limited time” for 2 weeks, or make you order from the mobile app to get a quesarito. I went back to Taco Bell after a year hiatus today, and I guess it’s turned into a Taco Bell hiatus for the rest of my life. Great job, guys. COVID’s no excuse for the service here.

This is literally the worst tacobell I’ve ever been to. You order is rarely correct and the food is cold. Today was the last straw. I show up and the lobby is closed early and the employee says they close at 6:30 when the door clearly says 7, yet there are his buddies ordering while he’s talking to me. Whoever owns this or manages it should be embarrassed.

This taco bell is the best i’ve ever gone to, they’re kind, and they will give you your food extremely quick. i think the longest i’ve spent in the drive through is 5 minutes.

This is what my beefy 5 layer burrito looked like, as well as all my other tacos and chulpas. THE MEAT PORTIONS to the price portions are WAY OFF...29 dollars in tacos and burritos, but all I got was about 80 cents worth of tortillas. HAHAHAHHAHA WHAT A JOKE.

I wished I'd realized before I was halfway through the transaction that the guy at the register had bleeding fingertips around his nails with dried blood. That's rough, but if you are handling food or handing things back and forth between a lot of people, you need to have gloves on until your hands have finished healing up. It made me very uncomfortable, and I ended up going to another Taco Bell because of it.

Does this Taco Bell really close at 7pm?Is that what all Taco Bell’s do in Utah?I’m not sure if it’s a Utah thing, since I’m new here but in Texas they’re considered a fast food joint & stay open till 12-2am.

I had a rather terrible experience recently. Today's current staff as of 12:30 pm really rushed and literally tossed my order into the bag.... One of the tacos was turned upside down spilling a good amount of tomatoes and lettuce through out my order. The burritos I ordered were spilling their guts in their wrapping to the point it exploded no matter how I was going to eat it. Yes it coated my hands a bit and got on my clothes. You need to have the basic empathy if wrapping the food here as it causes such terrible messes and potential distractions while driving as a burrito volcano oozes with each bite. Mind you each wrapper being dirty with food added to the mess more than normal. It's not great to feel like I need to wash clothes and parts of the interior of my car after eating food....

It's Taco Bell. So this will relate more to this restaurant, my orders have typically been correct and hot when I received it. Their speed had also been pretty good, even while they are clearly short staffed.Overall I've had a good experience and would rate it in line with other Taco Bells I have chanced to have visited.

They were quick with our order and gave us plenty of extra sauce!

Dine in instructions: Order on a terminal, hope that you hear your name called and grab a few extra napkins to dust off the table. Perfect place if you don't want to talk to an employee...food is good though!
