Someone please explain to me why there is a tip option at a soda shop. We’re actually supposed to tip a teenage girl for filling up a cup of soda? Real hard manual labor there.Anyway, this place always has soccer moms backing up the drive-thru 24/7. If this is you, reconsider your life choices.Paying 4 dollars for soda I could make myself for $0.15 isn’t something I enjoy doing. Will not be returning.The ONLY good thing about this place and the reason it earns 1 star, is the sugar cookies. However, they are overpriced as ?
The Lobby is closed due to “staffing shortages” which is inconvenient and seems disingenuous. An attendant with an iPad walked up to us to tell us the lobby was closed. They could have easily take our order on the iPad, but instead curtly told us we need to walk through the drive through, which doesn’t sound very safe to me.
I love waiting in line for 20 minutes for a fruit water, and then getting only 5 little pieces of fruit. If you don’t have the ingredients to make the drink properly, don’t sell me the drink. Be honest, and say you are out of ingredients.
my bestie luke & i LOVE this place. lily is literally the best & got us the coconut lime cookie which is TO DIE FOR. we literally ate it while looking at a crumbl and know that it’s better than any cookie they could give us — also so much better than the trails crossing location ;)
I always enjoy coming here. They get my order right, it’s delicious, and I never have to wait in line too long!! Probably my favorite location.
I love swig! I haven’t tried a single thing I don’t like yet! It’s all fabulous! The wait in the drive thru can take a minute, but if I’m really in a hurry, I just order on the app ahead of time and do the curbside pick up. All the employees are super kind too. I’ve gotten some great recommendations from them.
Can’t believe how long it takes to get a drink from a place that sells drinks and cookies haha. I also am not a fan of the responses to the reviews - they are all the same and don’t address the questions or problems that are stated, they simply say to reach out to an email address. Still curious why it takes so long…
I walked into the lobby and asked to buy a couple of gift cards and they would not sell them to me. They told me that I had to go outside get back in my car and go through the drive-through. The girl was standing at the register and could’ve very easily rung me up right then and there. I am giving this place a one because I hate businesses that lack common sense. When somebody’s in there trying to give you money you should take it from them and not make it more difficult. I will never go back there again

I love the workers! They are so kind, mature, and personable. The drive through, however, is very very slow. I have had several experiences where I’ve been in line for 20+ minutes. This doesn’t waver my loyalty but it makes me not want to come to this location. Be aware if you are in a hurry.This experience we waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and they got our order wrong.
