I love this swig! The employees are so kind and they are always so quick! They get my order right every time and I know it is made with love! Swig is my favorite soda place around!
The drinks are always super tasty! Today I tried the Andes mint whoopie pie. It was so yummy! The employees are really nice, just wish it was a little faster.
Oh, Swig... How I love you. I love your sugar cookies and your delicious sodas, but I especially love your water based beverages. They are second to none.
Seriously? This is the first time I got a blended candy girl drink from this location. Do you know you’re not supposed to put an actual lime in the drink when you’re getting it blended? You’re supposed to put lime JUICE in it. Now I have to pick out chunks of lime out of my drink. Please re-train your employees on the proper way to make different drinks. The cedar hills location and other American fork location have no issue making this drink right.
Wait time is way too long. 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of us. Other drink places go much quicker. Probably won’t be back to SWIG. Staff didn’t really know what they were doing. Waiting at the window for 6 minutes for a kids sized drink. Don’t recommend
The lobby is closed and forces the ridiculous drive thru system. The lobby is closed due to Covid-19. I’m sure the counter inside is at least 3 feet in width. So if customers were allowed inside, you would be about 4 feet away from the employee while ordering. So with this silly drive thru, they have employees taking your order at the car to try to speed things up. Well these employees are EIGHTEEN INCHES from YOUR FACE!! With NO MASK ON!! And all employees inside are Non-Masked also, which is tacky handling food/drinks. Every other food establishments are following protocol. I’m personally fed up with all this covid, and don’t care. But it’s IRRITATING they close the lobby for “customer safety”, when they’re in your face more than they would be otherwise. Wow!
I love the drinks they have there, my favorite thing is the size of the straws though for sure. Only draw back is there always seems to be a bit of a line when I go other than that solid place to get a drink.
Drinks are good but don’t go to the drive thru unless you have 30 minutes to waste. My last three trips I’ve waited about 30 minutes. That’s with only 7-8 cars in front of me. They need to hire better employees or just train the ones they have better. Their employees do NOT care to hurry.
This swig is the best!! Kaylee is the best! She listened to what I was concerned about another store on how they handle the issue. she deserves a raise! Thank You again Kaylee!
I LOVE swig but I was kinda bummed at this location. It was very busy, I waited in line for a solid 15/20 minutes. I ordered my drink and after driving away I realized they had made my drink wrong. They forgot the coconut cream…kinda disappointed but maybe it was just because they were busy
