I wish that I could leave a 0 star review. Worst customer service experience of my life. The punk on the other end of the drive through speaker fought with me about the toppings for my sandwich. He when I questioned his mistake, in hopes to get my order right, he yelled at me 3 times to "pull around to the window boss!"I will never go to this store again. Reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like my experience is not unusual.I called and spoke with the store manager about my experience, she said she would handle it according to company policy. I'm not convinced that she was actually going to do anything to correct the inappropriate behavior. She offered me a free sandwich. I politely declined, and explained that I would not be going back to the store ever again.
If I could put a negative star here I would. I’ve had numerous negative experiences at the window. Today I pulled in and asked to have for sandwiches made for me and my kids and the girl at the window asked if we could come inside because making four sandwiches at the window is really hard. There was one person behind me in line at the drive up and two people inside. I am not sure why you would have a drive up to make sandwiches if you can’t make those sandwiches at the drive up. Also the Subway really needs to change the drive up because it is next to the road and they literally cannot hear you anytime you’re trying to order. Today was the last time that they will have my service staff from the Subway. We just decided to go to a different subway we just sit where we pulled in at the drive up and they made all four of our sandwiches.
Worst customer service EVER! We went through the drive up and the girl asked if we could come in because it’s “to hard to make 4 sandwhiches in the drive” ? so we decided to just leave. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience at this location. Every single time I go and I mean EVERY time they mess up my order and the employees are never nice. Coming from someone who was a supervisor at a different Subway.. this is unexceptable. They just need to shut this location down.
Great food! Even with the amount of people there, (almost had a line out the door) they were able to make our food and hand it to us withing 20 mins of when we got into the place!
Worse than ever. People just stand around falling asleep. 0 customer service. I have sympathy for fast food places keeping workers but just know what you’re getting into.
Apparently a B.L.T. and B.M.T. don't come with lettuce and tomato, you have to actually ask for that... but bacon is included! We also did not get our chips and a drink, those were forgotten in the drive thru.

I love subway, and being pregnant I am always craving it! But I ordered online on 1/09 and when I showed up this location was closed for construction and my money was taken, I called another subway to see if they would at least just make the sandwiches for me and they said they wouldn’t, and I needed to wait until they were open to get my money back.. well who knows when they will be open. Super disappointed, and money has been taken without sandwiches
The food was great the service not so much. I was In the drive-through in order a sandwich. Drove up to the window and paid for the sandwich and she give me my card back. A couple minutes later she asked me if I needed anything else. Then 5 minutes later she ask if I could pull forward. Another 5 minutes I went in side and she thought she already gave me my sandwich. She said she already gave it to me which she never did. Finally she remade it but was rather rude.
By far the best service I've gotten in Lehi so far. I just wanted to say thank you very much for running a great location. We stopped by on 11-30-21 at about 7pm. Needless to say I had a suv fully of hungry kids wanting food. I was skeptical of stopping anywhere in this area due to poor customer service I've gotten throughout EM, Saratoga Springs and Lehi areas. After we got our food and drove back into the depths of EM to our house our food was still great tasting, well prepared as if I got it from down the street. You should be extremely proud of your team working tonight and pass along my Thank You to them.
