Good atmosphere. Great selection of food. Service was lacking and appears that they do not have enough wait staff as many tables open, but 45 minute waits for a table. Would have ordered more drinks and dessert but service was slow at best. Lack of follow up. Felt bad for the servers.
Decent pub food, live music, large dining area. Beer was cold and refreshing and even offered an Orange for the American blonde I ordered. Service took a little longer than I’d like at a busy restaurant. Chicken fried chicken and fish and chips were still good even though we waited.
Very nice decor. Service was extremely slow and not very attentive. Yes, we had 5 adults and 1 child. But it was really slow and there wasn’t a lot of people. I’m not sure if they were short staffed or not. Drinks ran out and not refilled. For $4 a soft drink, you should get at least one refill. Even the movie house gives refills. Waited over 30 minutes for appetizers. They tasted good. Had the artichoke dip and beer cheese pretzel. We finished our apps, the food was delivered right after. Yet it wasn’t hot. As if it sat in the window too long. Child ordered pizza off the kids meal and hated the taste. One person ordered the prime rib sub. They said it was good. One ordered a cheese burger and added the left over beer cheese to it. They said it was good. One person ordered the crab Jack, it was good. One ordered wings and said couldn’t taste the sauce and it still had feathers attached. I had the teriyaki burger, it was soggy and bland. I couldn’t taste the sauce. I ordered it with sweet potato fries. Even though they were cold the flavor was there. Will I go back? Probably not. If I do, it will be at the request of someone else.
Really liked this place it's got a really cool atmosphere. We called and they said about a 15min wait but when we got there they sat us immediately. I had the chicken fried chicken and it was delicious. my wife had the fish and chips she thought it was great and the gourmet sodas they make are delicious. Will definitely be back.
Good food, awesome atmosphere, but 45min wait at 2pm to be seated at a half empty restaurant is nuts and the staff are not friendly nor helpful. Some people had physical menus but when we asked for one they only said "scan the qr code". Cool place for a group of car guys... Prob don't take your family.
Went in for lunch with some business associates. Generally good service, a bit slow but OK. I had the Blackened Salmon salad which was good, nice piece of salmon. Associate had the prime rib sandwich which was just OK, a bit tough
Finally went to try Strap Tank in Lehi. Ordered the herb and beer roasted chicken. No flavor at all. Tasted like totally unseasoned pressure cooked chicken not a marinated then roasted chicken. Server acted like it was an imposition to take my order. Hopefully she understood the quite low tip was a statement and didn't just complain about the bad tipper. I won't avoid going again (say if I was going to dinner with a friend and they wanted to go there) but definitely won't make any effort to go back.
Nice environment, decent beer for reduced ABV. Huge off street parking lot. Good food- I’ll go back when I’m in the area.
