Didn't finish latte because it was so bad... and this is not a picky eater! Weak coffee (probably uses 1/2 shots) a 16 oz should taste like coffee, not like a steamer. Poor management- the young folks working cared more about stocking cups and shift change then the person in front of them- that's a management issue. Looking at reviews, it has been a steady downturn over the past couple years and this is true for today's experience.
Place always seems to be conveniently closed after 430 PM.
Second time in a week I’ve drive down here and they are closed.
Starbucks is always just alright. Some of the baristas are great and some aren't so much. At the end of the day it won't be anything special but you know you are going to get some standard coffee or tea with plenty of sugary add-ins.
No effort. Dumped foamed milk into coffee to make a latte that was 1/2 liquid and 1/2 foam. For $5 I don't understand why not at least steam milk properly and pour. Note I was the only customer so not like there was even a rush. Disappointing.
Listen, I understand they're understaffed, BUT the 2 girls who work there have the worst customer service. They seem so bothered and they make their drinks so inconsistent. Hunter is wonderful though.
Nice employees
There is no service is this stupid place. It’s unbelievable. I refuse to go anywhere in the same parking lot as this smiths because there’s no service anywhere. It’s absolutely insane. 2021 I shouldn’t have to deal with this.
They made my drink right, got it to me quick, and the person at the window complimented my outfit and was super nice. :)
I mean, it's Starbucks. Staff is friendly, and for the most part get those complicated drink orders correct.
