Don't go here if you need your coffee fast. Saturday late morning, one person in line in front of me, normal que of cars and mobile orders. Took 19 minutes to get my drink. That shouldn't be happening when there are 4 staff on the floor. They were all friendly and the store was clean, so this is a good place to chill. But not a good place to get your coffee fast.

There a really kind young lady that always greets me with a smile and even tho she’s got a mask on I can see it in her eyes. And even when it’s soooo busy, she always keeps focusing on the people or what I need. Her name is jacey and she is a really great example of customer service.
Gabe was so friendly and kind . He snapped out 8 sandwiches on short order and made my chaotic morning better. 5 stars !!
love the huge cafe and kind baristas! the hours online are wrong, they actually close at 8:30 every night, and 8pm on sundays.. be aware!! my drink is always yummy and the cafe is clean and has lots of seating
Lehi location is not worth your time!The nitro machine is never working, funny that they are the only location with this issue.Just ordered a chai and an espresso, got home and it was a black coffee and an espresso. I don't know . This happens all the time, just caught it too late this time. My bad for trying the hometown location. Skip it if you are in the area.
Favorite place to go these people are so nice and the drinks are delicious
Dear Starbucks, we showed up and you were open for 15 min (9:30pm). We went through the drive through twice in hopes to talk to someone. The second time your employee came to the window and locked it in front of our faces without eye contact or saying what was going on. Unfortunate!
Getting very dissappointed in this location this is the 2nd time i have got something diffrent than I ordered. I ordered 2 Grande Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and got just a Carmel frappuccino. But charged for the Carmel ribbon crunch. Wish they would just give me what I ordered instead of over charging me for something diffrent.
They were very kind employees, and very good service for a good drink! Some of the best employees out there are there!
