Some unique pizza options. A little on the pricey side for pizza. The wait was a little longer than I would expect for a slice of pizza but not terrible. Food was definitely worth a visit or two.
So many intriguing menu choices. My wife loved the Thai peanut sauce one and I forgot what mine was called but it had bbq sauce, potatoes, bacon and sausage. There were several others that I wanted to try so I’ll be back.
I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and cheese bread. BBQ was good but wasn't anything special. The cheese bread was disappointing (dry and overly crispy). I want to be sensitive because I know a lot of restaurants are struggling with staffing issues, but we waited a few minutes to be assisted in ordering, and then 15 minutes before our food was ready. That's not outrageous, but I was hoping for a quicker meal since I was limited for time. Environment was chill and clean. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.
Pretentious, super overpriced and tasteless. $9 for a quarter of a Sam’s-club or Costco pizza? That $36 for a 20” whole pizza. Super thin, and compares to Totino’s pizza made at home. We will never be back.
I’ve been here many times and have never been disappointed. My husband and I can eat here for less than $20 and the food is great. The hatch green Chile barbecue pizza is amazing and cheese bread is a MUST! Good portion sizes, plenty of room in the restaurant to just grab a quick bite or stay a while and hang out. Walking distance from BYU is a plus as well! Parking can be tough.
It's not often we find a place that everyone in our family truly enjoys but Slab is one of them. Their cheese pizza is simple but oh so amazing. The pepperoni is classic. And my wife and I also love the buffalo chicken. At every other pizza place we have to ask for light cheese but not at Slab...they already put the perfect amount of cheese. I have my fingers crossed that they open one close to our home in Herriman in the near future.
Overall, great pizza. Clean restaurant and fast service -- told us it would be 20-30 minutes, and had it out to us in 15!\\nThey make their own sauce and crust so it tastes pretty dang good; the only thing I'd change is for them to have crisper pepperoni -- it's always a bit floppy and chewy
I hadn't been here in years and it was not as good as I remembered. They have fun toppings and interesting flavors, but the crust isn't great. It's not quite thin crust and not soft or fluffy, so it's just flat and a little bit tough. The atmosphere isn't great either, the tables are awkwardly narrow and the chairs make the most horrible sound when you scoot in or out.
Not a bad pizza place. They take a very large pizza and offer three-slice servings. It is thin crust. Plenty of options for toppings to choose from. I kinda favor the build-to your-own pizza model. I feel I get a better pizza for my taste at a fair price. But no problem with SLAB.
Absolutely love slab! Make sure to order their cauliflower crust! It's more food better for you, and my Absolutely favorite!!I love their Thai Peanut Butter Pizza!! I know it doesn't sound like it should be good, but it's my absolute favorite!
