My wife and I have eaten a LOT of Thai food. We're kinda picky and really appreciate good authentic Thai, or as authentic as Utah Thai food gets.I ordered the Tom Kha Gai, it was incredible. Using Galanga in the soup makes ALL the difference, it's a good measuring stick for a great Thai restaurant. My wife ordered the pad Thai and it was DELICIOUS, and had a great amount of sauce. The ambiance is exactly what you would expect inside a Thai restaurant, the exterior is nothing to write home about. But they had a lot of space for seating so we didn't wait at all. Service was quick and friendly! This place is awesome, we will be coming back many times!
I’ve lived in 7 states and had Thai food at multiple restaurants in every state. I just finished my meal and this was the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. I have no idea how they have a review above 2 stars. All curry dishes were extremely watered down and pad Thai tasted like they put the juice from 16 limes on it. Do not eat here! Absolutely the worst Thai food I’ve ever tasted. Thai is my favorite food and my taste buds are offended I ate this trash. Maybe they ran out of ingredients and substituted everything with Utah Lake algae water?? My 5 year old could make better food blindfolded, asleep, with a grade 15 concussion. The worst! If the owners of this terrible food read this then please give me a refund!
Ate here last week for the first time, and loved it! Ordered the lunch special Massaman Curry with salad, spring roll, and rice. Asked for the spice level #3 and it was a great simmering heat that stayed with you. Can't wait to go back and try spice level #4.The staff was very friendly and helpful and checked on our drinks often, which I liked. This place is now my go-to for Thai food, cannot wait to return.
I am shocked this has a 4.5. The servers were not friendly, made you feel rushed. The yellow curry and Pad Pak flavor was ok, but pretty flat. The protein was over cooked. The rice was mushy. Just overall unpleasant. And the menus online are very outdated and prices are notably higher.Exposed insulation over your eating area was not awesome.
Awesome lunch special! Very affordable and a generous and delicious portion. Quality restaurant and very clean. Very unsuspecting from the outside but came as a recommended lunch spot from a coworker. Prompt service by the server and the food was prepared quickly within minutes to our table so this was wonderful for a quick lunch. The checkout was easy and I loved their tip checkbox which I personally believe all restaurants need. After a good meal I dont want to calculate a tip while conversing with my friends. It just simplified the whole process.
We love everything about sabaidee except for their stinginess. My coworkers and I get takeout here every week because we love the food. However, every single time we order spring rolls we receive less than 1/4 teaspoon of the dipping sauce. And when I’ve asked for more than this, they charge me. We keep coming back because we love the food, but this is REALLY off putting. Hopefully they see this and realize how poorly this makes them look.
Food was subpar, the 2 male employees were rude and unfriendly, and the food was slow. They rushed us to pay, then rushed us to leave (we arrived at 5:30pm!) Coming from someone who has been to Thailand more than once, go to Silver Dish Thai in Provo. Everything is better there, very friendly service and delicious, authentic food.
I love these guys! The food is always amazing, perfectly spiced. Great customer service and the owner knows me by name and always asks how I'm doing and has become a friend.
One of my favorites! My wife and I are vegetarian, and we love the tofu green and masaman curries! Always quick service and high quality cusine! Will be returning again soon!
What a fun find. The portion sizes are huge so be prepared to share or take home leftovers. The many types of curry are so yummy. Honestly the best thing I've had here is surprisingly the chicken wing appetizer. They are the best wing I have ever had (crunchy and juicy and full of flavor on their own) and come with sweet and sour sauce. Another huge staple is the mango rice dessert. This is also the best I've had from anywhere. If you haven't been, you should definitely go.
