Just to be transparent, I like the franchise as most are good for what it is, Fast Food. What distinguishes one from the other is - the level of SERVICE as well as the consistency of the product. This location gets two stars because the people behind the counter appeared to have no energy or interest in providing a service and gave the impression that they could care less about my patronage. It was very disheartening and I left vowing to never return.
Super slow in serving. Only ordering was quick. Nobody cared to fill up the orders until I went and asked. That's when they started to pack the orders. Still they were serving 1 order every 15 -20 min. Everybody were passed off and tied waiting for the food. That's damn slow for any fast food industry. Some dining places serve faster than that.Food was pretty good. Chicken was very crispy. This is the first place I had that crispy chicken with less oil. Food deserve 5 star for sure. Place was very clean too. Hope they get some quick serving employees else nobody would care to go back except drive through customers.
Terrible poor costumer service! They said they don’t do the “app promotions here”. I know fast food is fast food, but the quality is terrible. I got the shrimp and it was a basic of crumbs! This location must be franchised by a moron. I have been to several Popeyes when I travel, it’s southern cooking and quality, but this was like Arbys. They wanted to charge for sauce at this location, I get that some companies do this, but I know Popeyes is not one of them. Big boy corporate needs to come check out this location, it’s horrible and the employees are clueless.
I love Popeyes chicken sandwiches/ the ones here we’re delicious and crispy as usual. The only problem I have with Popeyes now is that their prices have been skyrocketing. The chicken sandwich used to be $4 and now it’s $5… there are never any coupons for the sandwiches as well, which makes me sad because they’re the best thing Popeyes has. This location was fast and had good service.
Completely disorganized. What frighten me the most is I observed the lady that was fulfilling orders drop some food on the counter and she picked up with your bare hands and put it in the container. I ordered a head and when I got there it still took another 20 minutes when they told me it'd just be a minute that they're working on the order now. No apologies nor were they even friendly.
Luckily for you I can only give one star, because I would give you a negative five and I’ll tell you why.I have been to the Popeyes in Lehi four times and four times I have never gotten good chicken, it has always been terrible, and this last time, I stopped there this evening, the chicken gave me diarrhea, so I decided to write my review on the Popeyes that is in Lehi by Thanksgiving point.I grew up in Los Angeles eating Popeyes chicken and was happy that Popeyes chicken came to Utah, was so happy, because I was going to experience something that I grew up on.I’m so disappointment to the point that I believe these people do not care about the Popeyes brand, you should have your franchise stripped.I hate this place!!!!I have never written a review before, until today, I will never go back there again, I’ve given them four tries and I love Popeyes chicken in Los Angeles.
I always order dark meet and spicy combos with bone in chicken. About 50% of my visits they forget and give me white and dark meet. This always leads to a free piece or two of extra chicken. Life hack
My first visit to Popeye's. I tried the combination chicken strips and popcorn chicken, with mac & cheese on the side and unsweet iced tea. The only good thing in the bag was the dipping sauce. There was SO MUCH breading on the chicken and shrimp, it was absurd. with a third of the breading it might have been nice.
I went here. The sign is wrong. It says there is a big box deal for the wrong price. When I'm trying to order the keep bugging me to take my order when I'm just looking first. I asked for frozen lemonade and they try to give me normal lemonade.I ask for sweet heat. They give me none. And then when I stop to get some they had me 1. Like I didn't just order 2 big boxes. What am I gonna do with 1 sweat heat sauce? Are y'all paying attention. I'm the only person in the drive thru. It's not like y'all were busy.And then you're giving me attitude when y'all aren't paying attention.Yeah there is a worker shortage but if your service is going to be this bad. Or course I'm going be annoyed
I ordered a four piece combo and got the most anorexic pieces of chicken they could find. I love Popeyes but the one in Lehi is always lacking. Long waits they usually forget something or the quality sucks.
