What's the point of having a dining area and walk in business? Waited 45 minutes in a 15~ person line. Get to front of the line only for 10 Door dash pizza orders to be ordered in front of us. One guy working making pizzas saying sorry and doing the best he can; way understaffed for your business plan to compete with Little Cesar's Pizza on being a delivery pizza joint. This isn't the first time we've been overrun by to go orders while waiting in this line. Thought we'd give it go. Close your dining and just be a delivery pizza place because this was going on the whole hour we waited.
I regularly eat at the Pizzeria Limone’s inside airports when traveling. The pizza is always amazing. Stopped at the AF location tonight with my wife and daughter for some quick take out. Walked in at 8:02 and was told by one of the four teenagers standing there behind the counter that they decided to close early tonight because they were understaffed and wouldn’t be able to help us. Amazes me how store owners are okay with this type of service. Won’t be going back!
I am writing this review in the hope that some changes are made. I have been to this restaurant 4 times in the last month alone. The ONLY reason that we keep going is because their catania salad is delicious. However the service is TERRIBLE! I get that they are understaffed. Everyone is. That does not excuse flat out rudeness. I have been patient and polite every single time. However every single time I have been it had taken at least 10 minutes each time to even be acknowledged. How much effort does it take to look up with a smile and say “be with you as soon as we can”. I once sat in front of the cashier to pick up an online order for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. I could see my order just sitting there the entire time. I am so frustrated and really feel like we might just be fine with this place.
Terrible. They have zero consideration for their guests. And especially don’t care if you order take out. I waited 30 minutes and watched about five people that came after me get their orders first. I only ordered one pepperoni pizza… don’t understand why it was so complicated. But the staff didn’t seem to care and were plain rude. I’m never coming back.
Fast and friendly service. Our pizzas were really tasty. We got 3 pizzas and a salad and it was perfect to feed our family of 5. It was half the price as other restaurants in the area. We got a pizza with pears on it and everyone turned their noses up at it, until they tired it. It was the perfect blend of sweet and savory. We left with our belly’s full and everyone was happy.
My husband and I eat here often and recently on Friday, January 7th, 2022, the staff was the best we’ve experienced. The girl taking our order was very friendly and the food was great! Tables were clean and staff was attentive despite it being quite busy. And I really appreciated that the staff were mostly not wearing masks so we could see their faces and their smiles!! Great job management!
I come to this location a lot. I throughly enjoy the pizza. However, the service is average at best. I need to block out at least 45 minutes just to get my food. When I order online and come to pick up the food the order isn’t ready or on time and I have to wait longer. If you have a lot of time, then eat here. If you are in a hurry then don’t eat here, you will not get your food on time.
Missing drink from my pickup order, pizzas came super tiny and bite size. Just want a refund for the items I didn’t get but apparently their number won’t work
In the past, the employees at Pizzeria Limone seemed to care very little about the customer’s experience. Today, however, we were greeted with smiles and charisma. The employees seemed to actually enjoy their job and cared about the customer experience. They have also picked up the speed since my previous visits. As for the pizza, I’ve always loved it. Secca forever!
We love Pizzaria Limone! They are accommodating for allergies to dairy and make delicious pizza. Last time we were here it was a little slower than usual to cook our pizza. But otherwise great!
