Ordered pizza with a scheduled delivery time of 6:30. Order was submitted 2.5 hours early. Added a tip for the driver and paid a delivery fee. Called at 6:50 wondering where our pizza is because I got an email asking me how our experience was. Was told the pizza is still there waiting for an uber eats driver because they don't have any drivers. Wish they wouldn't have a delivery option if they don't have a driver to deliver. Ended up driving in to pick it up at 7. Hopefully they will refund the delivery fee and driver tip.
Normally this place is great but last time we ordered the sauce was stale and crust wasn't great.
Update: waited on hold for more than 45 min to get someone on the phone from Pizza Hut to get a refund. Driving up there now to show them how long I’ve been on hold and that I just need a refund. Maybe someone will answer before I get there.Ordered Pizza Hut through the Pizza Hut mobile application at 6:45. They sent my address to door dash to be delivered by them. They gave them the wrong address. Didn’t match what I put in and door dash delivered to the wrong house. By the time it said it was delivered it was 8:01. Called the store and they close at 8:00. Therefore I didn’t get my order. If you are going to send someone else not from your store to deliver food , maybe make sure it actually gets delivered before closing the whole store down seeing as I ordered at 6:45. Super irritated by this. Called DoorDash and told me I need to contact the store tomorrow for my refund.
My pizza was delivered to the wrong house across our highway. Luckily the house that revived the pizza called us to let us know. When I called to complain a person from a call center told me he would have to transfer me to the store. That he only takes orders.I was put back on hold for awhile. When a store employee did answer the phone I explained what happeed and he hung up on me saying he couldn't hear me. I had good service and I did not mute him. For the service I record I will not be ordering again. From thcommentseit looks like I not the only dissatisfied customer.
WORST pizza Hut ever!!!!! Made an online order at 6:11pm and now its 8pm and the pizza still hasn't arrived. Ridiculous that they can't deliver a pizza in 2 hours. My home is literally 7 mins away from this Pizza Hut. Never ordering again from these clowns. Also when you call the store they put you in a really long waitlist. Worst costumer service ever.
The WORST website in the universe!It's impossible to order via cell phone.Using a computer, you have to log into your account over and over to try to order.It doesn't pull up past orders so that you can easily reorder.And if you try to look at the "Local Deals," it logs you out.Plus it makes you choose your store location EVERY time in spite of the fact that their address comes up when you log in.TOO many times we have just given up and not ordered from Pizza Hut because your terrible website won't ALLOW us to!Five stars for the pizza - but we can't order it.Negative one million stars for the website!And don't tell me to download the app - I SHOULD be able to order via your website. I'm not interested in another app on my phone just for the privilege of eating your pizza.
I’m very Upset, I ordered at 6:45, they told me it would be a 15 minute wait. I live inbluffdale so it’s about a 13 minute drive I get down there and arrive at 7:00 and they are closed, the doors are locked and all of the lights are shut off. I’m very upset because they were not suppose to close until 8 and I wasted My time and gas to drive all the way down there. If you are closing early at least communicate it to the people who are placing orders.

Horrible location. Mess up often. they never apologize or have an ounce of decent customer service. with so many pizza options in the area go elsewhere!!!
