Paid north of $45 for two pizzas, the same two pizzas we usually order, for nearly 15 years. One was fine, the other was horrible. Ordered a studded, chicken, bacon, artichoke pizza... Got stuffed something like this: a stuffed, spinich, artichoke with marinara sauce. No bacon, no chicken, no white sauce. YUKBuyers beware.
I am in utter disbelief at the service I just received here, as I am sitting in my car outside to write this. I had to drop a package at UPS and needed a soda, instead of driving back to the gas station I just hopped over to pick something up. I was greeted immediately upon walking in and straight to the register to be rang up. The young man helping me saw the $10 bill in my hand and instead of asking for payment he processed it and was ready to hand me my change when I handed it over to him. When I turned to grab my soda from the cooler and exit a second young man was holding it by the door and tapping the bottle to prevent fizzing. He handed it to me and then opened the door for me to exit. I’m flabbergasted that this kind of service still exists. I usually do delivery or little Caesars to avoid cooking but it is safe to say, I WILL BE COOKING MY OWN PIZZAS FROM NOW ON! They just won me over, hard.
Called to place an order from over 1.5 hrs after nobody answered I drove in to find out that they were just ignoring calls. Manager stated they were understaffed. I counted 9 employees when I was in the lobby . Super dissatisfied with the service.
Won’t answer the phone for orders on Halloween and wouldn’t allow me to go through the drive thru as an alternate for a pre-made Jack-o pizza and the manager was super combative about it. I’ve never been treated so rudely. If he had said “I’ll get that started, please come inside to pay as we don’t take orders through the window” I would’ve happily but instead he dismissed me and told me to call in. So rude and we won’t be back.
This place is always good but went to get dinner tonight and the hours on google have not been updated I guess cause when I got there they where closed. When according to their google listing they should have been open for another 40 min. Hopefully they update it so this doesn’t happen to someone else.
When your have a BOGO coupon this is an unbelievable deal. My kids prefer this to other chains
Walked in at 8:30 on a Saturday night and they told me that they were closed. I just saw online that they closed at 9pm, and asked about it, they said they only had one crust left to use. when I asked if I could have that one they said “well we’ve already started to put away the toppings”. As I look down they had just put plastic wrap over them. I was shocked at there lack of customer service. Seems lazy and unprofessional. Won’t be back.
I online order from here about twice a month ($10 Tuesday!) and have never had a bad experience. Last night I ordered online again and when I went to pick it up there were red onions instead of green onions. They double checked my order, and made me a new pizza quickly! They were incredibly nice about it despite being busy! I appreciated it so much!
Worth every penny, though, the pizzas used to be bigger back in 2013, right? Was it just me? Still a great tasting pizza.
