This place is awful, they didn't have napkins, didnt give our fortune cookies but only did when we asked, while dining there the portion of my food was really little! There were 2 managers sitting in the lobby doing unnecessary paper work. And the employees were struggling to take care of all the customers, the register black shirts managers put all the wrong inputs.
I’m giving this location a 1 star review, due to the way the food was prepared and served. I like the way the food tastes, and for the cheap cost I can’t complain. I pre-ordered the food on DoorDash in the morning, for it to be delivered around 1:30pm. The dasher only took around 2 minutes to deliver the food to me once it was ready, and it was completely cold. I assume that since I pre-ordered it, they must have prepared it a while before 1:30. The portions were incredibly meager when it comes to shrimp entrées. As someone who’s worked in a restaurant, this is an example of a general manager trying to make extra money, by slightly under-portioning on the more expensive entrées. If it weren’t for these two issues, I would have been super satisfied with my order. I’ve had Panda Express countless times before, and I know what it should look/taste like. No more skimpy shrimpy!!
This location is awful you always have to wait forever for you food. Tonight I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru to even order then I was told it would be another 5 for chow mein so I was told to go up front. I waited another 15 minutes. Finally had to go in and my food still wasn’t ready so I just asked for a refund. Was told no manager was there to give me one so I have to come back tomorrow. Bad customer service
Never had a problem getting through in a good time. Always fast, definitely recommend for a quick healthy food.
The worst location I’ve ever been to because the food is always disappointing- chow mein noodles were hard and orange chicken and crispy almond chicken are soggy. They also overcharged me and manager refused to rectify the situation.
The teenage female worker at this specific location is very rude and off putting. She has refused me food and questioned me for wanting to buy it. She also has slammed the drive thru windows doors on my face on a different occasion. These different occasions have made me not want to come back.
Horrible customer service like all the other reviews say! They don’t answer phones or listen to any special requests. Food quality is hit or miss. Worth the 10 minute drive to go to the Saratoga springs location.
Let me tell you worker who took my order . You’re a very rude person who got my order wrong @5:30pm on 11/20/21 you did not even give us the full order. Then when we got home my wife went down to retrieve the rest of our order and this is how you treat her. No,I’m sorry and gave us a dog bag container with a couple bits of food. I know that people read these reviews and you will never receive any more business from us.This place should be looked at for customer complaints and rudeness to everyday people who just want to eat and you all can’t even do that right.
My wife orded a plate with fried rice and orange chicken. They forgot to add the orange chicken. Went back and they were out of orange chicken, so they told us to come back and they would remake our order in full. Went back the next day, the lady before who I had previously talked to wouldn't serve us and told the person serving us that they would only remake half of the order instead of the full order as promised. Cho Mein and fried rice taste much worse than the American Fork location. Will not be ordering from the Lehi location again.
Worst food experience I have ever had. Went through a long drive thru line and they forgot all of our meat on three of our entrees. I went back to the restaurant, tried to go in, and the dine-in lobby was closed due to short staff. I called the restaurant, and they refused to bring my meat to the door, and told me I had to go back through the Drive thru, then hung up. The drive thru line was 30 minutes long and I had an appointment. I called back and asked that they bring my food out to the door - she said "not my problem - come back another day" and hung up on me again. Hours later when they were less busy, my wife came back and asked for a refund or the food and they refused. We asked to speak to the manager and they said she was cleaning the kitchen (2 hours before closing). My wife pressed again and they said she "cut her hand" and needed to go the hospital? They kept changing the story and refused to help in any way. On top of all that the one entree that did have meat, had a long piece of plastic in the meat. I am in awe of how poorly we were treated.
