This little restaurant is inside Chevron gas station. They even have a drive-thru. They are fast with making your order. Their food is delicious! It's like a taquieria, more authentic Mexican food. They have a large menu. Its just as large of a menu as a big restaurant.I ordered the Asada combo plate. They serve you a large portion of food. It came with Fajita meat, delicious flaky Spanish rice and refried beans. The Fajita meat was nicely seasoned, and tender. It came with fresh, soft, hot, corn tortillas. You could make your own taquitos. They also had a hotsauce, salsa bar. This had different kinds of salsa and even Pico de gallo and pickled Jalapeños. My favorite is the avocado guacamole salsa.They also have the flavored drinks. They are big for the size you buy. Horchata, Hibiscus berry flavor.You can order to go or they also have a dining area.This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I had never noticed this restaurant before. I am so glad to have happened upon it!
Love the Steak breakfast burrito. Solid service, always feels quick with Hot food, and what I personally feel is the perfect portion. I'm stuff, with no waste. Haven't tried too much of the menu, but have loved what I had so far.
Great food. If you like authentic, this mom and pops is a good place. Try to avoid the lunch crowd.
Fajita burrito and tamale. Excellent Mexican food. Quick and easy. Prices are reasonable. If you want a quality burrito try this place.
I decided to give 5 stars because this is so much more than what is expected. There are some items that may hit or miss for some, but this place is very good... and it happens to be in a gas station. I love the Chile Verde burrito!!! The Carnitas are very good. Enjoyed the tamales. All of it is much better than Betos and other similar types for a comparison. You will be surprised by the meat included for the price. The beans are great too! Some people call them slow. They are not McDonalds. The food is actually prepared after you order it. Expect more of a wait. We've been there 3-4 times this week. Really good food at a great value!
I love this place. I was said when the left the Sandy area. But was happy when the moved down the street from me. I get the meat lovers with light potato's and extra meat. They always serve with a smile. Paco's Tacos is the best around. I hope you stay forever. THANK YOU!!!!

The crispy tacos remind me of the ones my aunt used to make. The rice is tasty.
The adobada burrito was a large burrito jammed full of delicious, seasoned pork, and a nice salsa. It's the first time I was there and definitely enjoyed it. They have $1 hard or soft tacos on Tuesdays, so I need to go back to sample the different meats they have available.
