I’ve been here over two dozen times. Unfortunately their commitment to online ordering is terrible. Only twice has my pre-placed order through the app been ready when I arrive. I’ve been told the employees didn’t see the order come in, they didn’t have a chance to make it yet, they are out of the required ingredients for the item I ordered, or they accidentally gave my order to someone else. I love the menu so will keep going back; I wish they would get this part of the operation sorted out.
Had a chance to try this place, it was great. Fantastic customer service. I do have to say the bathrooms need a little attention. The paper towel rolls were on the floor and garbage overflowing. I know how it is when you work food and get busy… just saying I hope they get to it soon.. anyway, the smoothie was spot on and tasted great. Would definitely recommend and try a bowl or smoothie sometime! Thanks!!
My experience was great. The 2 employees were very helpful in explaining the menu as it was my first time. I ordered The Buzz and was not disappointed. I could only take a few sips at a time, as I had to stop and let my body adjust to the freshness and density. I don't live in Utah County but will visit it when I am there before forming an option. So far, so good!
My husband and I went out on a date and we were looking for a healthier option. We found Nekter juice bar and we were excited to try it.The menu was easy to read and I like that it included the calories on everything except for their new PB& J options.It's a little expensive but you get a good amount of smoothie bowl.We had to wait a good while for our food so it was a good thing we were not in a hurry. The smoothie bowls were really pretty. My favorite one was the one I ordered, the immunity smoothie bowl that is made with pitaya/dragon fruit.Overall, it was really tasty but I wish that the smoothie part was a little bit thicker and it really makes it taste better when they drizzle a lot of honey over the granola and they did not do that. They did have agave over the fruit which was good.When I was finished I used the restroom and the first one I went to use had no toilet paper so I went and used the other one. The bathroom could use a little bit of cleaning and stocking up.The cashier lady was really nice and patient so that was nice.
Team member is eating coconut shavings with rubber gloves on while making 2 handcrafted bowls. Staff was very friendly though.
Love coming to Nekter! Employees are so welcoming and quality is always perfection.
OK Here is my review... smoothie bowl was not how it was advertised to be.. I had ordered a dragon fruit bowl and it was very liquid. I called the store and spoke to the manager Eva, she was very kind and apologized to me for the mistake, and explained they are training.Not only did she offer to make me a new one for free- but she DROVE it to my work. I really appreciated being treated like a friend, thanks so much nekter. I have been going almost every day!?
I came into Nekter the other day. I was served by two sweet girls, Avery and Dani. They were so helpful and nice! The smoothie was absolutely amazing also! Would totally recommend! Loved my experience.
Great customer service, The Juicer was the cutest person ever and I had such a good experience. I didn’t get his name but he wears a nekter hat I have seen him there before when I went here. Really am glad and I will definitely be going back.
