This location needs a rating because it's nasty and they stack fries in containers til they are ice cold. The male "round" manager hair slicked back with glasses needs to be fired he was so rude and argued with me about my food sitting there until cold and complained he had to drop more then put so much salt on them I could not eat them the second time. Rude and disgusting location NEVER will I or my family or friends eat at this location ever again. I hate I had to put one star!!!! ??
Have not stepped foot in this Mcdonalds because the drive thru is hardly ever busy (super amazing). Quick and easy service. One of the male workers has sweet nails
Found some very long hair in my sandwich what a way to start a morning.
Got the order wrong and didn’t give me half my order and when I went back the cashier was nice but the lady at the window was rude about me coming back and just walked away when I was trying to ask for some sauce. This has happened a few times and I’ve felt like it’s okay for people to make mistakes but this has been pretty consistent.
I am not from here. Decided to grab a quick bite to eat for my kids and they gave us half of our order through the drive through. Upon returning to our room and seeing I was missing HALF of my order. I decided to go back. They filled the rest of my order with fresh food. Did I get an apology. No. Was it fast. No. Did I feel like I was an inconvenience to the employees. Yes. Probably will not visit this McDonald's again. I don't expect perfection. But an apology would have been nice.
Every time I order from this location I'm always Missing food items, food is always cold, patties are burnt/taste days old and it looks as if they just throw the food in the bag. The food is never wrapped in the wrappers when in the bag. I understand some places are short staffed, but please train your workers better and serve the food the way you would want to receive your food. I'm highly disappointed in this location and won't recommend it to anyone.
All those memes about McDonald’s being trash make this particular McDonald’s correct. They always take forever to get your order, either get the order wrong or give you terrible food. Not only that but there are probably 3 people working in that place and you can’t even go IN the lobby itself like what? It’s definitely gone way down hill for this McDonald’s
If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Every time we go there they are yet to get one of our orders correct. Can't go into the lobby to get your other items that they didn't give you on your order, called them and they brought it out to our car and they were very rude doing so.
Drive-thru is terrible! I went through the drive-thru. They had me wait up front for almost an hour. Went back through the drive-thru and spoke to the manager. She said there wasn’t an order for a medium number 3. Not pleased at all. Luckily they funded me but didn’t help the situation I was an hour late to work.
I was hesitant from the reviews, but once I got to the intercom to order I was on my way in under 3mins! Everything was accurate, and standard quality for McD's. Staff was friendly!If anyone is going to be harsh in reviews, wake up... It's not fine dining.. and McD's hasn't been "fast" for at least a couple years. Ya'll shouldn't be surprised.In this area, there are LOTS of options.I would go here again.
