Smoothest experience I have ever had ordering fast food. It's pretty good food. Sometimes the communication between the staff and customers can be a little shaky, but in the end, it works out.
The last two times we have ordered have been a joke. First time, we waited nearly 45 minutes after ordering on the app and they had a doordash driver come tell us that we needed to go to the door to pick it up. The second time, we ordered, waited nearly 30 minutes only to be told they couldn't find the order and couldn't fulfill it so we would need to go through the drive through with a line around the parking lot instead of pick up where we had been waiting...
I guess McDonald's is synonymous with cold food these days. Sad.They handed me my food the second I pulled up to the window. I asked if it was fresh and that i didn't want cold food. He assured me it was. Not true:(I ordered 5 items and only my fries where hot, the rest was cold and stale.
I haven’t met anyone that says McDonalds is the most delicious food in the best ambience. When you go to MickeyD’s you expect fast service and ok food for cheap. That’s their thing. When you just need a bite and don’t want to pay much or get out of your car (which, y the way, isn’t even an option at this location since the lobby is closed), McDonalds is hard to beat. Some of it is even… dare I say… tasty?! I give it five stars for doing what we know it for so well. Fast and cheap. Also, large Coke for 99 cents? I love you, McDonalds.
Best Breakfast on the Go place. It took a little while to put in the order, but the food was ready very fast. Can't beat timely service. Food was nice and warm, staff were friendly and respectful.
The manager Maria is extremely rude. I was giving given the wrong order came back through to get the right food even though they knew they gave me the wrong food the manager Maria treated me like a criminal I asked her why she was treating me like a criminal she said because people like me trying to get free food you food this after they knew they had given me the wrong food and I had shown her my receipt from the mobile app For what I should have gotten. When I called to ask ask for the owner's phone number both employees I spoke with said that Maria is very rude and they hated working under her.
I was charged accidentally 32.99 for the guy behind me. I should have realized when they tried to give me a huge bag of food and drinks which I corrected at the second window after I paid. These sort of things happen and I wasn’t upset. I called the restaurant and they said I could come in the next day and get it refunded to my card. Turns out I called the wrong McDonald’s and when I went to the one I lehi they called me a liar and accused me of scamming them. They held on to my card and threatened to call the police. I told them to call the police. They finally relented and gave me the refund, and told me never to go back there. Afterwards I called the number I called the day before and it was the McDonald’s down the street, I had them call to make sure they know I had indeed called the day before about the issue.
Was stuck in the drive thru for 25 mins. They went through 7 cars in the right lane before taking my order in the left lane. Then they handed me the wrong food bag and argued with me about it being the right one! It wasn't even the right sandwich or size fries! Thankfully I checked before pulling away bc then I would have bought myself another 25 mins of waiting! We won't be back
This is one of the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Great job to everyone that works here! You guys are amazing! Love having my self a fresh cup of coffee with an egg McMuffin.
The customer service was fine and we received our order fairly quick. Everything in our order was correct and the sprite was extra cwispy however when I opened my double quarter pounder with cheese I noticed something that did not belong. There was a sticker in my burgie labeled “shredded lettuce (open) must use by: Tuesday 12/21/2021”. I’m assuming someone just opened a bag of lettuce and then prepared my meal without realizing they had a sticker on their glove. Just wish there wasnt a sticker on my burgie is all I’m sayin….
