We placed a to go order today, and we were all severely disappointed, despite us all getting different dishes.2 of us ordered enchiladas. However, one was miswritten on the box as “chicken”, when in reality it was cheese. And vise versa. One of us who ordered a burrito, got instead, a chicken enchilada (again, mislabelled and misplaced) with no side of rice and beans. All of us tasted it and it was the most basic tasting flour enchilada with some cheese in it. That’s about the only description it deserves.I myself ordered ribs, and it was quite literally dry, season-less, and tasteless. It was as if someone took a raw rack of ribs, cooked it with no preparation or seasoning, and then slabbed a bunch of hot sauce on top of it and called it done.The chicken tenders were decent, but were cold. The fries too were soggy and cold.The best part of the whole order was the churros. Yep.In the past when we’ve actually gone into the restaurant to eat we had a divine time, so this was a big let down.Edit: misspelling
I took my out of town family to La Fountain In Lehi. We waited so long to get our food order. We sat close to the kitchen, they were busy doing to-go orders. Five of us were hungry, we kept eating the tiny bowl of chips while waiting. Finally the food came, I ordered a chicken chimichanga. It was awful! It was like thick dough not a tortilla, with s plain piece of chicken & a cheese slice. No flavor at all. I was so disappointed & sorry I took my family there. When I paid the bill around $70, I noticed they charged for extra chips. Nothing about this food tasted like normal Mexican food!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
MOLDY TAMALES!!!! Order tamales picked them up and once I got home to eat, I opened my doggy bag and there is mold all over the corn husks that cover the tamales, like not a spot but a nice ol’ 3 inch strip of blackish mold going down the husk... I used to eat here a bunch, but ehhhh now I’m not anymore, that’s a serious health hazard!!!
We love this place! Smothered Burrito with cheese is the best! And they have the best drinks with slushy ice?
I went here after work because I love this place and it hasn't disappointed until today that is. Beans were bland and overall the food this time wasn't great like I remembered in the past. Those are my only two complaints. Maybe it was just an off day? I will come back when I have a chance again. 4 star this time.
Place was clean. Food was great. Service was great. Wish their salsa was chunky with tomatoes and onions etc. Not the watery cayenne pepper stuff. But they made up for it on the flan. It was superb. And as always I started my meal with the dessert first, so as to really savor it.
Delicious! My girlfriend and I go here often. Full pitcher of water at the table, bottomless chips and salsa, and very friends and print staff. I only eat here when I want Mexican in Lehi.
THE BEST Mexican restaurant in Utah valley in my opinion. I’ve been here and ordered from here so many times and it’s the same great food and the BEST customer service. Cannot recommend enough.
If you want good authentic Mexican food in AF, this is the place to go. Good portion sizes too, not big, not small.
when i tell you this place tastes great i mean it! my family and i have become addicted. if you haven’t tried the smothered burritos you need too!! they’re my personal favorite! honestly one of my favorite restaurants!!!
