Every time I decide to give KFC the benefit of the doubt and try a different location, I regret everything. First of all the app is trash. I had to restart it 3 times just to be able to place my order. Once I finally got it placed it told me it would by ready in 5 minutes. 35 minutes of standing in line later I finally got my food. To top off the experience, they gave me a straw in a wrapper that was saturated with a warm brown liquid that I can only hope is soda, but I have my doubts. For the love of Pete, why can’t KFC hire somebody who doesn’t use depressants on the job.Edit: I got my food to the car and opened it to start eating my meal that was clearly for one person. For some reason they decided to give me 6 sporks with my chicken sandwich.
Chicken was lukewarm. I ordered a lemonade and it tasted like water with a little lemon squeezed in. There was no flavor. I asked for them to change the syrup, the man said Pepsi is in control of how much syrup comes out and this is normal. I was inside at that time and asked if I could just get one out of this machine that was by where you picked up the food. He said it wasn't working. I then decided to order a fruit punch instead hoping that would be better. He told me it would not be but I tried it. It too was nothing but water with a tiny bit of flavoring. So I decided to check the machine he said wasn't working, and it worked fine and the syrup was much better. So I don't know why they are cheating people with their drinks. Food was just okay but this is now happening at all KFC's. I never have a good experience anymore, so I'll have to stop going altogether. Sad because I'm from the south and fried chicken is hard to come by in Utah. But I'll find a new location.
Anytime after 4 pm this place never fails to be out of 1/2 of their menu items. Chicken has never been fresh. This is my last resort spot when we are hungry and don’t want typical fast food. I ask the guy do you have fresh chicken. He responds yeah pretty fresh about an hour or so old. !!! Need I say more. Don’t waste your money here
Order took way longer than what the app said, so be prepared to wait. Also I ordered 2-10 piece feasts, one original and one crispy, we'll one was only half crispy! But the biscuits were light and fluffy hence the 3 stars ☺️
I don’t go here often but I tried their “beyond chicken” and it was pretty good! It tastes like chicken nuggets. Although this location is notorious for never giving me my sauce. I always always always ask for bbq sauce and I never get it! Always check your bag and make sure you got your sauces! Other than that they’re quick and tasty!
One of the worst KFC's I've ever been to. They are always slow and have the worst customer service. If the Colonel, with his wee bitty eyes, didn't put an addictive chemical in his chicken that made you crave it fortnightly I would never go to a KFC again..... BUT IT'S SO DANG GOOD! Just don't go to this location
Terrible! We didn’t get our correct order, and our biscuits were so undercooked they were inedible. So disappointed. Is this what KFC has turned into?
Placed online order. When I showed up at 9:20pm, the order was cancelled with no explanation. The hours on the door are 10pm no one answered the phone or the drive thru. People were inside seemed to be closing up.If you can't fill orders, update the app to not allow orders...it's freakin 2022, it's not rocket science!
I went to this location last night at about 6 pm and it looked like it was open. So I waited in the drive thru line with cars ahead of me and behind me. When I got to the menu/speaker to place my order, there was nobody talking through the speaker to take my order. I yelled “Hello!” several times with no reply. I then pulled forward to the window and I could see that there were no employees in the restaurant. Nobody! Why not put a sign up saying you’re closed or update Google to say you’re closed or something. I then had to go all the way to the American Fork location to get my KFC fix.
You guys suck waited for an hour in the freaking line pulled up to the window and you guys are close it was only 7 seriously ???
