I've never had any issues with any Jimmy John's location. Today after ordering catering for the whole office, one of our co-workers took the cheese out of their food due to allergies, & she found a small cockroach right in the middle of her sandwich!! Absolutely disgusting.... I know it is hard to believe...
I waited in their drive through for almost 40 minutes, and when I finally got my food my order was incorrect, most they could do was offer me a free bag of chips. I typically love jimmy johns but this wasn’t doesn’t meet any expectations I had.
Freaky fast? More like freaky slow. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes to get my order. Usually Jimmy Johns is incredibly fast. Even during lunch hours, I’ve never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. On a positive note, the boy who took my card and gave me my sandwich was incredibly nice. He had the biggest smile on his face which made up for the long wait and put me in a happier mood.
I thought it was Jimmy Johns specialty to be freaky fast, stood in the lobby waiting for my order for at leat 10 to 15 minutes. Asked for no mayo on the sandwich and still got it anyway. Not really the best visit. Hoping other locations are not like this.
It was and OK sandwich but due to the hype from the ads I expected better. I suggest checking other reviews as my experience did not impress me. It could be just me buy don't use my experience to help you decide.
Literally just ordered the #9 and all they put on it was lettuce and tomato?! Where is the rest of the promised sandwich??? Where is the meat it says it comes with on the menu? This location has disappointed me EVERY time I’ve ordered here! $10 for lettuce and tomato sandwich is a rip off! Pretty furious about this situation.
Sandwich tasted really good. But this was the longest I've waited at any JJ's. The majority of their business comes from the drive up, this much was obvious. But this is no excuse with the number of employees they had working.There were some employees wearing masks, but working with food in a restaurant, doesn't the health department require food handlers and cooks to wear some sort of face covering especially bearded dudes?
They weren’t kidding when they said freaky fast ? staff are Super friendly and kind! It was an enjoyable experience just grabbing takeout :) will come again dallen, Hailey, William did AWESOME!
Ah, Jimmy John's. Quick service, fresh ingredients, simple choices, and chewy bread. What's not to love?
