Their ordering system is super chaotic. I ordered two sandwiches, one was hot. I waited for awhile for my hot one until I finials asked how long it would take. I had a sneaking suspicion they gave my sandwich to someone else. I heard the sandwich maker say it was by the register… it was not. He brought over another sandwich and the kid gave it to me. It looked an awful like a different number written on the wrapper than I ordered but was reassured by two employees it was the right one. Drive 20 mins home and open sandwich. It’s the wrong sandwich. I totally knew the mysterious number on the order was indeed a different number than I ordered but the chaotic system and the bad handwriting of employees at this place failed me today. I am sad.
I went and asked for a sandwich Mike's Way but without tomatoes. The worker said sure and then reached for the tomatoes. I reminded her about the 'no tomatoes'. She got a little embarrassed and said, 'Oh, right.' I bought my sandwich and went home. It was only upon arriving home and opening my sandwich that I realized they gave me the wrong meat. Thanks Jersey Mike's.
This is my favorite sandwich place! The food is fantastic (everything is super fresh, and high quality) and the employees are so friendly! I definitely recommend eating here! They also have a really cool rewards program, which can get you free sandwiches… it’s great!

I like this place! It really does taste like the hoagies where I used to live. Yum! They cut the meats right in front of you on the deli slicer. And the employees are really nice every time I go.
I come to this Jersey Mikes nearly everyday, for good reason. Not only do I enjoy their sandwiches, the employees are great. They’re kind, quick, and attentive, especially Noah. If he’s crafting your sandwich, trust you’re in good hands!
Visited Jersey Mike's this week for lunch. The team was super friendly and prompt in fulfilling my order. I can't say enough about the positive attitude the team had at this location. Whoever manages this store is doing an excellent job!
These guys ALWAYS treat me well! Which is rare in the food industry. They must have really good training because each employee seems to love their job and the food is always great! Tami at the front is always super cheerful and helpful!
Had an awesome experience at this location. The staff was super friendly (especially Paul), restaurant was clean, and food was amazing. I would definitely recommend getting a sub here if you're hungry.
