omg I wanted to give a huge shout out to this location and Courtney for you and your team!!! such nice people with great attitudes!! called to fix a problem with an order I had and she went above and beyond my expectations!!!! Made an order that traveled from Utah to a little town in NV called Elko. Thank you so much and I can't wait to come back for our $100 order of #43 hahaha
Simple online ordering. Efficient service where food is ready when they say it will be. They have clearly worked hard to create this reliable and consistent experience.
Service was disappointing. Made an online order and arrived at the time we were told it would be ready. Had to sit there for 32 minutes after our promised time while they served people that came into the place well after we ordered our food. The icing on the cake is the sandwich wasn't made as ordered.
I was the only customer when I walked in, that being said the place was really dirty, all the tables were dirty, floors, the food service was fine, but with 4 employees, 1 who was on the phone, someone should have been cleaning up. When I left 25 minutes later for take out, 6 additional customers where there however.
Great food and service, but the dining room was in need of cleaning. Price is okay a bit on the upside. ?
Absolutely incredible! Wow! First time here and I will definitely be back!! Incredible service (they even cleaned everything up for my buddy who ordered an “allergy” sandwich.) Fantastic sandwich (the Chicken Philly was amazing). Wonderful environment and very clean!Thanks a bunch!!
Love the Big Kahuna and the Chicken Bacon Ranch on Rosemary Herb Bread. So delicious. Eat it quickly because it is juicy as hell and you don’t want the bread to get soggy.
The customer service here is great! Especially as a Dasher when I come in I'm always treated very kindly and appreciate that you guys remember that I'm a customer too! Way to go guys keep it up!
Rude staff made me late for my delivery. Store had differing pick up time than me. Showed them my pick up time and it didn’t seem to phase them. Their pick up time was when I was actually supposed to be making my delivery. Continued to make me wait and fuss about me being “early.” There was even a point where there was nobody in line! Jersey Mike’s is better than this staff…
Dirty dirty dirty. Will never eat at this location again. No one had wiped down counters or tables for a while.
