For some time, my wife and I have been wanting to take our family to this burger joint which we believe is the closest to our home. The hamburgers were served rare. Our four value meals came to an astounding $80!!!! Better add 2 more dollar signs, Google. We ordered 3 of their famous shakes, three different flavors. The shakes were basically Vanilla with only a hint of the flavors ordered. Bathrooms were good. I liked the TVs. Probably the best sports bar in Lehi for rich stupid people with money to burn.
There were a lot of employees standing around chatting as we waited for an extended period of time to order - kind of frustrating. The tables didn't seem to get cleaned very often or very well. The fry sauce was quite good, the fries were barely average and the turkey chef salad was a disappointment. Lots of chemicals to keep the lettuce from wilting, and very little else in the salad - maybe like a couple of tiny tomatoes and a bit of turkey lunch meat. Just not great!
Messed up my order while on my way to Vegas for the hockey all star game. Cheese fries were terrible order messed up but my dog loved the chicken strips. Bleu cheese burger was 3.8 out of 5 but too many problems for me to give this place anymore than 1 star.
First time here, things seemed reasonably priced. I enjoyed the food, JCW’s does match up to its competitors. One thing to work on is product knowledge (food) for the employees at check out, since I never came before I had a few questions about a burger option and the young lady didn’t know anything about it, no worries, just wanted a little help to make a decision.
I like JCW's. They totally accommodate my low carb life style. You can order a double burger with added jalapenos for less than 9 bucks.Good food. Hot and made order. Some of my friends are frustrated that the cost is so high for s burger, but it seems like the price at every place has gone up lately.
Staff are friendly and ready to help! Excellent spot to grab one of many tasty burgers ? the shakes are scrumptious as well as MASSIVE! ? highly recommend the mushroom and Swiss burger ?
Best shakes in town. Food was okay. But this night there was a rowdy bunch of teenage girls that were just extremely loud, obnoxious, and just plain inconsiderate of the families sitting around them. They were over excited about something and were knocking over the metal stools constantly. Each time they did, it would create a very loud crash but they just, laughed out loud while sitting on the tables instead of the stools. No one from the store came out to settle them down. No one.. This went on for nearly an hour. The group finally left and the store returned to its typical rumble of conversation. Not sure we'll come back soon. Maybe we'll take the drive through instead.
JCW’s is a great place to get dinner for the family. The drive through line was long so we decided it to go in since the lobby is open. It was much way faster had my order of 13 wings ready in less than 5 minutes.The restaurant as well as inside the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Great place to teens to come hang out and eat there were a lot when I went it.
If I gave my husband the option he’d eat here every single day. He loves the rib eye sandwich (not pictured). I usually stick with the guacamole bacon Swiss. This in regular combo really fills me up. I never have had a bad meal at JCWs and I’ve been eating there since I was little and glad they opened one close to me.
I had heard of this place on the radio and decided to try them. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through. Never saw any prices as we couldn’t find online prices and the girl who took our order didn’t have a sheet or anything for us to look at as we ordered. Was shocked that a burger combo for me and my daughter came to almost $40. I got a bacon burger and she got their least expensive burger. Yes we both got shakes (instead of drinks), but small ones. I got a marshmallow shake and was very disappointed as it had zero marshmallow flavor. Both my daughter and I agreed that it tasted like a vanilla shake with no other flavor. The burgers and fries were good which is why I gave them 2 stars, but I can go many places and have better shakes, and equally as good of food for $40 or even less. Likely will not be returning.
