I go to this Jamba Juice once every few weeks after work for a treat, and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff has always been hustling and so friendly. Never complaint from me. I’ll definitely keep my after work treat routine on weekdays.Just don’t go on Sundays. I just left after being blatantly ignored by two employees for about four minutes. No greeting, but the two people working back there definitely saw the five people waiting in the lobby to be helped. They definitely weren’t trying to hustle at all, and it was a little concerning that the woman had her super long haired down and free flowing around food. A definite fail for the Sunday crew.
I was going to go in but saw one of the employees, a young blonde girl, sitting on the counter, cross legged so her shoes were on the counter right next to where her co worker was making a drink. She proceeded to pick her ear before someone came in and she helped them, no hand washing or cleaning the counter beforehand. There were so many employees working and they were all just hanging out and chatting even when someone was in the store
I am definitely lowering my frequencies at this location, the service is very slow. Seriously ? wait 20 minutes to make a juice ? not definitely
When I walked in no one said anything to me and when I walked up to the register I said “I haven’t been here in so long I don’t know what to order” and I started laughing and the blonde teen at the register just stared blankly at me so I felt super uncomfortable and just ordered. When my order was ready the brunette girl just seemed shy but super awkward when handing me maybe drink. Also $7.50 for a medium is insane. Won’t be coming back.
Order was received online by the store. They made us to go and pick it up at 8:30 and the employees didn't open us instead they hide in the back and even when they saw us they didn't do nothing to give us our order that was already paid.
I ordered a delivery thru Jamba's app and the order sat because no one picked it up. Michael running the cash register is the only reason I'm giving a positive review. He was very receptive and took care of the issue right away. TL;DR Mike in store is good; Jamba app is bad
I can handle the fact that it took so long to place my order and then receive my order, but I do not appreciate that I stood at the register for a whole 5 minutes and was not acknowledged at all. Not even a “we will be right with you, or a simple hello”. My first job was at a Jamba Juice, so I know this lack of acknowledgement or customer service is not the Jamba way, especially when you are charging people almost $7 for a SMALL smoothie. Will definitely not be coming back here.
Loved Jumba Juice. That time has passed, and I won’t be going here anymore—top 3 reasons. And I don’t rate based on one experience. I go off pattern over at least five separate visits.- Does not open at its scheduled time regularly-Food safety is not being followed. Handling cash directly to make food.- quality of food and services is down.-Tried their online delivery and was over an hour late. Does not say anywhere on their website powered by Uber. The biggest problem is false advertising. If your going to use a different service to deliver, be transparent.
Great experience. The lady covered in tats was fun. I’m sorry I didn’t catch a name.Love “Maddie”
The service was very very slow. I only ordered a small smoothie. Two customers entered after me and they received their order before I did, and one of them ordered the exact same thing I did! Highly unprofessional and slow.
