Yummiest ice cream! They have so many unique flavors, the staff is always so kind (many teenagers it seems), and the prices are very reasonable.The only downside is that depending on what time you go, you may have to wait in line because people love it!
Below average quality and overpriced. Had much better ice cream for way less. Flavors taste like cheap made ice cream and the selection is fairly small. Maybe good Ice cream for Utah's standards.
Friendly staff and carry smile always while serving customers. Tasting is a plus that helped me chose the right flavor I wanted to try. Great place. Must try. Tried the 3 combo with with Vanilla and Oreo, Oree dough and pistachios. It was awesome. Went with team and everyone enjoyed with what they ordered.
They have a great variety of flavors and mix options. The portion sizes are very generous (a small will be plenty to fill you up). The place is always packed when I've been in the evenings, but they move the line fairly quickly. Seating is very limited, so plan accordingly.
Tyler was great and resourceful. He was responsive everytime we needed a clue and gave instructions clearly.
The ice cream was great. The sizes were huge. Way too big for my kids. A kitty size would have been nice. But the ice cream and the several fun flavors were very good.There were a few things that bothered me. The parking was atrocious and there really wasn't enough room to sit and eat the ice cream. It's possible that we came during a very busy time on a Friday night and it's not normally like that. If that is the case, pick your time to go so it's not quite so crazy busy. We will be more selective about when/if we go in the future.Lastly, I had two $5 off coupons that I received when I purchased two gift cards that I was unable to redeem because I didn't look closely enough that they expired 4 days ago. It seems a little cheap to me that they wouldn't honor my coupons. As far as customer service goes they should have honored them but I should have looked closer to see that the coupons had an expiration date on them.
Fun place to take the family out for ice cream! Great flavor selection, and the ice cream is absolutely delicious. However, the smallest size had 3 scoops in it, which was way too much for my younger children. Please offer a kiddie size! Waiting area was very, very crowded. Need additional seating area. We had a gift certificate we were planning on using and didn't realize it had expired 3 days previous to our visit, and it was not honored. That was disappointing to discover at the register.
We love the ice cream here. The texture and flavors are perfect. They have gluten free options as well if you have an allergy, which is important in my family.
Um... Yummy! It has really good reviews so I tried it. I also really like it. Soft creamy delicious ice-cream.I tried black raspberry chunk, mint chocolate chip, Strawberry, and vanilla with oreo. All of them were fantastic and refreshing. Mint chocolate chip is usually always my favorite and I really liked it, but the black raspberry chunch took the award this time, so good.Get the sampler so you can try 4 at a time!I will be back!
We live in Arizona, and have a Handels near us. We were so pleasantly surprised to see our favorite ice cream spot on vacation. About half of the menu was different than back home, so we had a lot of new options! It was amazing as always, and so happy we got to try 3 new flavors!
