Excellent customer service at this location.Our burger came out with the wrong ingredients, and when they went to remake the burger, it got lost somewhere and we had to ask again and they shuffled to remake it. A little bugged at this point since we had been waiting for a while, the manager came out, refunded us the money, and had the burger made immediately. Everyone was very kind and professional through the whole process. Even though we didn’t ask for it, they took the initiative to rectify the situation and it was much appreciated!!And when the burger did come out, it was bomb, as always.
Fries are to die for! Wait....what? Well not literally but pretty close. I had grilled cheese and it was ok. People who had burgers left nary a crumb on the wrapping paper. Speaks volumes! Shakes we're heavenly. Only 4 stars because of stoic and non welcoming staff. Also, men's restroom was dirty.
I love Five Guys, and this location's food quality is on par with other locations! They have amazing burgers with plenty of room to customize just the way you like, complementary peanuts, freestyle coke machines, and they always give you a ridiculous amount of fries, it's great.Recommend: Cajun fries, grilled mushroomsDon't recommend: jalapenos (raw, untamed, way too spicy for a burger imo)I would give the restaurant in a vacuum 5 stars but the problem with this location in particular is that it seems like something is always broken or missing. Fry sauce pump is regularly empty or broken, and maybe this is just placebo but I don't think the cups are as good as the stuff from the pump. Coke freestyle machines never seem to be fully functioning, sometimes the ice won't come out, sometimes they drip on me, sometimes they're out of order, etc. Also, I feel like the amount of fries I get is really inconsistent. Sometimes I get practically a whole paper bag full, sometimes there's hardly any outside of the cup.None of these complaints would stop me from going here, but they do prevent it from feeling like a 5 star experience for me.
Not enough staff, rude, no management to be seen, way too loud radio and very dirty. We asked for a towel to wipe off a table and the kid said use a napkin! The trash cans were overflowing. If you want to pay $60 bucks for 4 burgers, 2 fries and 4 drinks, get yelled at and sit in trash then it's definitely the place to be.
Are they trying to kill me?Told them about a food allergy asked if they could not put it on burger… they put it on the burger.Explained situation asked if they could please make it without the food allergen as it’s dangerous….They literally made it the same incorrect way. One hour later I’m leaving without anything to eat as there is nobody working here who is responsible enough to make food. Calling corporate in the morning
Terrible! Got one tiny shred of lettuce and one mushroom and a couple tiny onions. They forgot my milkshakes and told the dasher we canceled them which we didn’t so we had to go through DoorDash to get a refund. And I still want my milkshake!!
I am not too picky about my burgers, Five Guys is definitely one of my favorites. This location is friendly and Ive always had a good experience.
I absolutely love their burgers. One of the best around. But lately I’ve been disappointed by the quality of fries. They used to be great but now they are soggy and not appetizing. This place just isn’t as good as it used to be.

I love Five Guys, their burgers, shakes, and fries. The man who took our orders was kind too. However, when we go to Taylorsville Five Guys, they load up on the fries, there's plenty enough to feed 2 people with a small fry there. However, when we ordered a regular fry here, there was not even enough to feed one person, so we were disappointed with the quantity of fries.
