Delicious food, friendly service. It gets busy at peak times but everyone works hard to get the food out as soon as possible. And it’s worth the wait! Sandwiches are so much fresher and better than other sub places.
RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I wish I could give zero stars. Has to wait over 20 min for a sand and I got mine before a coupon that was there before me. Food was not made right. Was not hot. Cheese. It melted and was told there wasn’t time to fix it F THEM
My daughter and I went in for lunch today. She ordered 2 sandwiches 1 for her one for me. I walked in and I waited for the sandwiches with my mask on my face. I waited and waited and waited and waited nearly almost 20 minutes went by and we were in a hurry .. I waved my daughter to come inside the store. I spoke to the gentleman that was making sandwiches (Gil) how much longer will it be? He responded you're next then proceeded to roll his eyes at me. Why bc I don't look like the predominant culture!? We waited patiently even though we were in a hurry. Three more sandwiches went by and still nothing. After seeing 3 sandwiches go by and "you were next" I then politely asked may I please have a refund. He said ya go to the register. I asked the couple in front if I may go ahead I just needed a refund. They said I could. I went to the register ( young thin man with a beard) he said you want a refund? I said yes please it's taking to long. Then Gil waved me over waved the receipt in my face saying " here here it says 12:10!" I said oh ok I didn't know. Looked at my daughter and she shrugged her shoulders. Then I went back in line for the refund. Told the same man at the register for a refund. At that time he rolled his eyes at me and mouthed the word "wow" I said nothing just stared at him. I didn't know I needed the card so I went and got my daughter's iPhone. I punched in the numbers the whole time he was shaking his head and rolling his eyes. I took a picture of the 800 number on the wall. I told him I was only taking a picture of the number not him. He just kept rolling his eyes at me. I couldn't go back on the phone to get the expiration date. I had to go back to my daughter and she went in did the rest. I felt extremely embarrassed and discriminated against bc of my strong Jewish accent. The entire resturant stared at me bc of how your employees responded and acted towards my wanting a refund. I called the 888 number she took my information and even corporate never called me.
Always get food ordered through phone, in person or online, with no problems, unlike other firehouse subs!
Great staff here, always friendly. My go to item is the smokehouse beef and chedder.
The food is great don’t get me wrong but man there employees are not professional outfits I walked in at night and the girl was wearing shorts shorts I mean it was like 30 minutes before they close but still don’t need to wear that where family’s and people specially kids can see But they were very Unappropriate for work where I can see her butt it made me feel uncomfortable and I don’t even know what the other girl was wearing but not where I want to take my kids and husband. Not professional at all…
The dude that made my steak and cheese knows how to create a Philadelphian sandwich...u should have a Philadelphian..I could give you the recipe. Simple stuff.
We ordered from here for the first time and I was not impressed. Two of our sandwiches didn’t have cheese and my sandwich had hardly any meat. Definitely not worth the price.
Went in at 8:35pm on a Saturday night (9/18). Dine in open signage posted on the door, all the chairs were put up, and I was told that I couldn't order in store since they closed their instore point of sale. I then asked that if I place an order online right then, if it would be acceptable,with hesitation and aire of inconvenience he said yeah sure. Since I didn't want to inconvenience the worker on a Saturday 25 minutes before their closing time, I left.
Blah. Bland. Staff that could care less. Save your money, wait til you get home, or go somewhere else to eat. Not sure where, because I have yet to find a place in lehi near the office with decent food. I have read other reviews, and people say things like, best sub I've ever had. To me that says they've never had a good sub sandwich before, because while my food was ok, I ate it, it was pretty low on the spectrum of subs.Oh how I miss working in west valley with a plethora of delicious food options. I will not be back.
