This was my first experience with El Pollo Loco and I was not very pleased with the food we got delivered to us. I ordered a 8 piece family meal on Uber and paid $35 total for burnt and dried out chicken that had very little taste to them. They forgot the salsa for our chips and the dressing for our salad we ordered. The Mac and cheese is good but definitely can taste a lot of butter ? I’m hesitant to try this location again.
You would have to be Loco to eat here and enjoy it...lol. My husband's stuffed beef quesadilla was prepared incorrectly with all the vegetables which we requested to be held. He couldn't eat it. All of the burritos were pretty much tasteless. They actually kind of tasted like whatever they clean with. So at least its a clean restaurant? A disappointing meal to be sure, will not be back.
We were greeted as we came in. The guy who took our order was very friendly and helpful. Our order was ready very quickly and correctly (my burrito without beans) The food tasted good and we enjoyed our time in the restaurant. When we got up to leave the worker cleaning tables thanked us for coming and told us to have a good day.
I absolutely love this place ? they grill their chicken fresh all day and I quite enjoy the Mac and Cheese they have plenty of other menu items but usually go for the chicken, tortillas and a side of Mac so if you are in need of some quick and tasty food try El Pollo Loco
Drink fountain was broken and no one seems to care. I ordered a 2 piece meal and lemonade as my drink but lemonade but only the lemonade syrup was being dispensed and it took me several tries and lot of lemonade syrup wasted until I found the right syrup/water combination that was tolerable to drink. The food was okay for the price.
They have great grilled chicken but they never give you enough tortillas shells. If you order 2 piece chicken you get 2 shells and if you order 3 piece you still very 2 shells
Good environment and nice staff but food is pretty average. Chicken was pretty dry and I found plastic in my side of corn.
I love the chicken! I don't usually like eating it off of the bone, but it was just so flavorful and amazing that I couldn't resist!
El pollo Loco is one of our favorite chicken places to go when we’re having a late dinner.I especially love how they cook their grill chicken on the fire. Mac & cheese is nice and creamy. Their hot sauce has a kick to it which is one of the things that made me decide to get dinner here.The outside of the restaurant was clean and in good condition from what I could see.The order takers was quick to take our order and we got our food right away. We had an excellent experience and our food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back and updating my review with more pictures. Thank you for all you do!
Chicken seems to be getting smaller. I order the breast and it comes looking like a thigh. I know you can do better ElPollo Loco. Can you go back to the 3 packs of tortillas? 2 is never enough, 4 is too many! ?
