Placed an order, it was canceled. I called the store multiple times as to inquire why, and my call was never answered. I mean multiple times and was held on the phone for an hour. That was one call. I took a nap it rung that long. I truly am upset because of the unresponsiveness I might not get a refund. The last time I ordered from the Layton location they couldn't find where I was, gave up, and that was that.
This dominos location has hard working employees doing the best they can during covid and supply shortages. I’m thankful they were able to accommodate a last minute lunch order for me.I should have tipped more because everything was flawless during the order and delivery.I will continue to order here and support the team 10/10 service.
If I could I wouldn’t give this location any stars. The manager is not professional or kind. They cannot accept an order over $70 unless you order 2 days in advance. They are rude and confrontational every time we order here. We have stopped ordering from here and instead we go to the Lehi Main Street location. The last few times our pizzas have been stone cold and all we get are excuses such as they are to short staffed. This location has struggled since it opened and probably should be closed until they are able to get the proper support. I understand staffing issues can’t be helped…. But the pure rudeness and unprofessional communication on the managers end should be addressed. So sad.
It's 7:15 PM. I look around at the dusty shelves inside my studio apartment, contemplating my choice of dinner. At 5:19, I placed an order at this Domino's restaurant. I was informed that it would be 14–24 minutes before my order was cooked and ready to pick up.It has been 47 years since I placed that pizza order. In that time frame, my hair has grayed, I've lost my job and my marriage, and my weight has fallen from a healthy 188 lbs to a meager 128 lbs. I haven't eaten a scrap as I've waited patiently for my dinner. The app says that my pizza is in the oven, and it should be ready in about 15 minutes—which is really good, considering I've got nothing left to hope for but this pizza. The first time I ordered from this location, the food was delicious, so I have high expectations.Help me, Lehi Main Street Domino's Pizza. You're my only hope.DISCLAIMER: In order to abide by Google's Local Guide program policy, I am obligated to inform you that I've only been waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes for my pizza, not 47 years. But seriously—this place needs to shape up. I will not be ordering from them again any time soon.
I am not one to write complaints. I am a business owner myself so I really take this serious. About a month ago we purchased pizza from this store 101 N 1200 E Lehi Utah 84043. The order was 2 hrs late and cold. We called the store and the manager said that they would replace the order. We don't eat a lot of pizza so it took a month to call again and order pizza. This time the manager was extremely rude. She looked up the account using my daughters phone because that is the phone we called from tonight. She said there was nothing on there. We tried several times to explain to her that was not the correct number and she needs to search our address. She kept saying she looked up the number and would not go any further with it. As we tried to explain to her she would find the info under our address she hung up the phone. We tried to call back and she hung up on us again. I would NEVER let my employees do this to any customer of mine. My employee would be fired for the treatment that she gave us. I have never asked for a replacement order from Dominos before. This was the first time. The manager would not give us her name. We called on Dec 27, 2021 at 4:05 MST. After looking up this stores reviews I was shocked to see a 2 star. I guess I am not the only one they have done this too. What a shame!
My family and I enjoy Domino's Pizza and wings. On December 1, however, Tessa who calls herself a "General Manager" was very rude and needs customer service training. PSA: Don't go to this Domino's. She claims I was rude because I only had a $50 bill (from a $30 order), I went to get change and she refused to sell me the food I ordered because she claimed I was rude. She later told me she was going to call the police. LOL If I could give zero stars, I would. I told Ms Tessa that I won't be back to her store, she replied without hesitation: "That's fine, I have hundreds of other customers." With that attitude, not for long.
HORRIBLE!Pizza was tracked, order came out of the oven and sat at the store for over 30 min until I called to find out what was going on, then and only then did they inform me they had questions about the order.Once food finally arrived, it was cold.Won’t order from this store again. If you guys want to keep up with “other deliver options” you have a very very long way to go!
Had a few good experiences and they blew it. Ordered at 5:20 pm. The pickup time was estimated for 6:21-6:31. Got there at about 6:15 and threw on my hazards as they said. Pull out the tracker and it says that prep started at 5:44. Noticed several people coming out upset, and at 6:50 I finally went in and joined the back of the line, with about 8 in front of me. When I finally got to the front I was told it would be about another 30-45 minutes. No reason was given for the delay. I was frustrated and began to leave. They asked if I wanted to keep the order or cancel. Said cancel, hopefully they did. Won't be going back anytime soon. Went from good to just like little caesers super quick.
I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. We have used this Domino's many times and only once had anything we didn't like, and even that wasn't worth complaining about. In fact, I came on here specifically to write a positive review because our pizzas are consistently sooooo good! We moved from Colorado and had mediocre quality there, so we really appreciate the pizzas we have gotten here. The store does seem to have issues with getting the pizzas done in a timely manner, but I can overlook that because they taste so good.
Placed an order, an hour later they say they don't have any delivery drivers so they just cancel the order. This was with points I got from a previous order that took more than an hour to be delivered. Since they cancelled the order the points are gone, and after trying to use the support bot on their website to get the points back I just gave up after answering the 30th automated question. They seem incapable of delivering pizza consistently which could be a problem for a pizza delivery business.
