This was my first experience using the Domino’s app to order pizza from them. Wow! It literally is the easiest food ordering app I’ve ever used. Not that any of them are terribly difficult, but the Domino’s app makes it so smooth! And the tracking option was actually fun to watch! I ordered this for my daughter and her family after I passed on COVID to her before I knew I had it! ?? So thank you for the smooth process to feed their family from 50 miles away. Since I can’t go tend their kids while my daughter recovers, thanks for making this so easy!
Dominos has probably the best online ordering experience of ant restaurant or fast food chain. The pizza tracker showing the status of your pizza (being made, baking, checking, done) really is great.The staff at this dominos are all really friendly and nice people. The location is always clean. It's just a pleasant experience from start to finish. Food is always ready on time and served with a smile.
Best deliver pizza around. Even though I always carry out barely more than Little Caesar’s but so much better. And the stuffed cheese bread is great!
Most of the employees definitely don't care at this location. I had a pizza that didn't have enough onion or cheese on it (was supposed to be extra on both), but at the store I only realized that it didn't have enough onions. When I mentioned it, they said they would take care of it. Their solution was to through a few onions in the over and then give them to me. I found out later they were basically raw onions.While I waited some people came in who could only speak Spanish. The guy at the register didn't know Spanish, so asked if someone else could help. After being basically told no, a female employee asked why he was bugging her. He said it was because she was the manager. Not very good service or attitude of a manager in my opinion. In the end another employee helped them with the order even though he didn't know Spanish.
I have never liked their rewards points program. Purchase 20 pizzas or 2 you only get 10 rewards points. Worst rewards program ever. Also called to discuss an issue with the online not working Lehi Utah Main Street location. And said no way to help and before I ended the conversation he hung up. No help at all. But as usual companies of this size don’t care about the individual so good luck getting anyone to respond or do anything about this.
Best BBQ chicken pizza. Pizza was made super fast and the service was friendly and top notch. I could eat here every day!
Love Dominos for great tasting pizza and for being the only ones that open late at night when my pregnancy self craves pizza or pasta???
Order placed & the process began immediately. Pizza was for pickup and was ready within 15 minutes, less than when it was promised.
They messed up my order and then told me it would take an hour to cook a new one correctly. When I asked to talk to the manager , they said it would take about five minutes. I finally had to walk to the back and get the pizza myself and just leave because I had already paid for it. I was a bad experience and i wont be returningThanks
Honestly, our order was messed up. But the staff made it right. Remember how the world is short staffed right now? Be kind. Thank you Lehi Dominoes for correcting the order and making sure we got the correct pizza. We've been coming here for 3 years and will continue to come here as long as we live in Lehi.
