It was the 1st visit to Dennys in a very long time, that was fairly decent. We had a cute very friendly,professional waitress. She had our drinks full, checking on us frequently and she had great insights to the menu and the area. We were the only table in there at the time so that could also be a factor to look at. But overall it was good brunch with good service.
Normally I would give this Denny’s a four star review but my experience tonight was not my typical experience. I go to Denny’s for the chocolate shake. It is hands down the best shake, plus you get a little extra in the tin. It’s been that way as long as I can remember. I order breakfast and a shake today and our server only brought out the glass, not the extra. I asked about the extra and our server (Anaiya) proceeded to tell me the extra had never been part of Denny’s tradition and you only get the extra when the staff makes too much. I told her that has never been my experience and showed her in the menu where it says you get the extra. She proceeded to roll her eyes, bow to me, and try touch my arm as if to ask me to calm down. I asked her not to touch me and asked for the manager. She came back a bit later with another shake and told me the manager wasn’t there and that she was in charge when the manager was gone. I asked her to take the shake off the check and she ignored us the rest of meal. The manager who was there the whole time brought our food which was fine. We were continually ignored by our server and she never brought our check. We waited at the cashier to pay and had to explain again why we were unwilling to pay for the shake. Very disappointed in the staff tonight. Probably won’t be going back for a while.
I came here last Wednesday morning. Best service I've ever had in awhile! I will definitely come back again. I dont remember my servers name but she has cute little red highlights in her hair. I felt very welcomed, the food came fast. The server was top notch! I recommend going to this Dennys.
Went in there and was the only customer that was in there for the WHOLE time I was there. The food was cold and the service was subpar. I could have walked out without paying but didn’t. The whole crew was in the back talking. I ordered a drink and didn’t get many refills .
We loved our visit At Dennys in Saratoga Springs, The service was really good and our waitress Elizabeth did an excellent job!
This Danny's is always consistent with a great breakfast. The omelets are light and fluffy and pancakes are delicious!
Stellar service from Amanda!I highly recommend Amanda, the server we had did a fantastic job at getting us our orders and going the extra mile.The food was mostly good. The crepes we ordered were a little rubbery. The rest was great though.
Honestly, I am really impressed by Denny's. I like that they have lots of options so I get their skillets and they never disappoint me. Breakfast foods like eggs pancakes and toast are inherently inexpensive foods. So if you have a hard time paying higher prices just to have someone scramble your eggs, I recommend trying something different and getting a skillet. There is usually decent service and the environment is friendly.
One the best Denny's experiences we've had! We came in with a large party and kept adding more people to it and our server Hazel handled it like a champ! Hazel was awesome!!
The staff was friendly and quick. Kids had great meals, they loved the shakes, and all the yummy food. It's not some fancy reastaraunt, but I have never had a bad time at this Denny's!
