Customer service is good here... Food is good. Custard is amazing, onion rings are delicious, fries are good... Just not a fan of their chicken strips. I don't know if they fry it with fish, but it has a fishy taste to me for some reason??? But it's the only thing that I've tried there that I haven't liked, so I'd just suggest trying something else;)
Their food is fine. The custard is the best part, the rest of the food is fine, nothing special. The main reason I go, and what makes it special, is they have gluten free celiac safe food! You can get the burgers with gluten free buns(individually packaged on the side). It is one of the only fast food places I can go with my celiac friend, so that is why it deserves 4 stars.
Good burger. Good strips. Good ice cream.Half pint Tuesdays, and flavors of the day like Devil's food cake; ballsy name for a Sunday in Lehi/AF. ?Kids meals that are too legit to quit. Save those tokens so you can cash in. Free scoop of frozen eats and if you collect em all you get free swag or a free kids meal. Get all the kids chicken strips and by the end it's like you got the main basket. #dadlyfe
The burger was alright, but I asked for grilled onions and this is what I got. I have had good experiences at other Culver’s, but this is probably where I cut the cord unless something is done about this.
I'll be honest, I didn't stop here for food ... I showed up, because there was a 45 minute wait at Texas Roadhouse, so we came here until we could get a table. Haha!I went to the line, to order my food, and there was a little bit of a way, but they were pretty busy so I'm not upset.I wanted two chicken tenders, and I appreciate how friendly the cashier was, and how quick they were to get me the food.Is the place great? Maybe, but I don't really like milkshakes, or ice cream, and the chicken tenders were okay. Customer service was great though
I drive through quite often and always love the food. I dined in for the first time today and just really appreciate how kind the employees are! Especially Katie and Austin! I always forget how much of a difference it makes when people genuinely seem like they are happy to help. Great experience!
The lobby is open and clean. Restrooms are clean. Friendly staff. Awesome food and incredible ice cream shakes.
2 bathrooms that hold 2 people each. There was some music playing. They have a changing table in the stall. Pull down paper towels. No toilet seat covers. Manual everything (flush, sink, soap). Even a stool for kids.
Best custard flavor of the day has been salted caramel pecan pie! Loved it! Also the battered onion rings were so good!
Update: I started coming back. It can still take a long time, and I still wish they had online ordering available, but it's good food for a good price. However, today, our burger was missing the meat! LolI really like Culver's but have stopped going because it's call in or huge drive up line and they don't answer any of the several times I've attempted to call. Hopefully things will improve soon.
