I was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised! The food is delicious and high quality, with breakfast and lunch options (possibly dinner as well, but I wasn't paying attention to that). I got one of their sandwiches and sweet potato fries, though the fries were too salty. I don't think they're usually so salty, but it was sad. Other than that, it's lovely!
Food is good, especially the kale and wild rice salad. But it's pretty dirty inside, gross toilets, everything sticky. And the prices have gone up recently. Only really good for occasional takeout where you do t have to sit down.
Great service and quick food at this location. It was kind of weird that we were dining in which we mentioned at the counter, and got our food in takeout boxes. Not sure if this is related to them being understaffed or not, but I guess it doesn't really matter in the end. Overall, I love a good cubby salad!
Salads could definetly use more fresh ingredients and meat "mostly beans and rice", tri tip sandwich was delicious as well as the burgers but no combo options here so be ready for $15-20 per person for the meal after adding drink and side.

I just ordered and paid for two large wild rice and kale salads with extra dressing and a double Le Squish to go. Receipt and order tickets say so. I get home and find no extra dressing and it’s a single Le Squish. I’m 20 minutes away and it’s not worth going back. But it’s disappointing. Especially when I went out of my way to ensure the cashier input everything the way I wanted it.
Delicious fries. Excellent variety. My burger was a bit overdone but that's personal preference. It's a bit on the pricey side for the type of food but worth it considering the wide selection, fun ingredients, and humane/ local sourcing.
My husband's tri-tip steak salad was amazing. But this is the only location that will let me get the grilled cheese gluten free, so we travel from SLC to this specific location. Not a long drive, but there are other locations that are closer. I have an additional allergy to peppers, so I ask for no pepper jack cheese. What did I get? Pepper jack cheese. Thanks for the allergic reaction.
Cubby’s is a nice change vs everything else. Their prices are way up though, 2 salads and and an order of fries will set you back $30-35. Whereas a place like Zaos is about $10 cheaper for similar portions.I knew I was coming in right at closing tonight. Tried to call ahead to order, but no one would pick up the phone. So I drove in anyway and ordered at 8:57, tried to not be “that guy”..
Cubby’s has the BEST burgers! Lunch service was a little slow, but the food was delicious.
The best burger because of the fresh meat. I can totally taste the difference compared to normal American fast-food burgers.
