I am very pleased with the customer service because I placed an order and accidentally had it delivered to my old address and and quickly called and they changed the delivery without any extra charge. Bonus...the cookies were delicious! Thanks!
We love Crumbl! The cookies are huge and always fresh. We love the flavor variety and the staff is always so nice as well.
This location used to be better, now recently it seems to have problems. I place an online order, go to pick it up and usually find myself still waiting at least a half hour. The last time we came, we waited so long we ended up canceling our order.Additionally, at least one of the cookies comes out overcooked. With as expensive as they are, I would appreciate it if the cookies came out fresh soft and delicious every time.We used to spend way too much money here, so at least we're saving a bunch of money while we wait until this location gets better.
I had an amazing experience at this Crumbl!! Landen was so helpful and attentive and made some great jokes. I got my Oreo peanut butter cookie in under a minute and was the best I’ve eaten in a good long while. Fast service, great cookie, excellent employee!
I very rarely write reviews, but I am finally being forced to write this one. Once again, it’s Saturday, 7:00, and they are out of two different kinds of cookies one being chocolate chip…you would be surprised how often they are out of cookies. And they are 45 minutes from having chocolate chip ready. I feel like this location is being run by a bunch of elementary kids that have zero ability to forecast or to look at the fact that they are low and rather than wain until they are out to make a new batch to have the ability to make more cookies before they run out. I am a frequent customer but have to say I’ll only be going to the crumbl by Costco from here on out. This is the worst Crumbl in Utah.
I placed a pickup order to be ready at 10:50. When I walked in, I was told that the flavor I had ordered was out and it would take about 20 minutes until more were ready. I agreed to wait. After 30 minutes, I was told the cookies had another 7 more minutes in the oven and then they would need some time to cool. I was the only customer in the store. There was no hustle at all. I ended up just asking for a refund and left with no cookies. Will not be going back to this location.
I love Crumbl. Cookies are great. I wish we could vote on the new flavors introduced each week or had some way of having them come back based on guest feedback. I really like the mint chip ice cream one they did in December, but I don't know if I'll ever see it again. If I do, that 5th star will shine gloriously
Visited this location on a Saturday night and it was a little busy but we did not have to wait long. The cashier was attentive and made sure to read our large order back to us to make sure it was correct. The cookies were delicious and our family loved them!
I received a birthday gift card. Couldn't get much information about it on the website. The closest store I found didn't exist at the address given so I drove 25 miles round trip to the next one only to find I got one cookie on the card. It was pretty good but not worth the drive. I'm not fond of their business model.
My mom orders crumble a few times a month and I always visit just to taste the cookies. She decided to go on vacation so I finally broke down and ordered my own. They are heavenly ? and delivered so quickly
