Super friendly staff, quick service, good food! The parking lot was packed when I went, but still got my food quickly.
Food is always delicious at Costa. But today no... i had dry chunks of sweet pork in my burrito and my kids quesadilla.A suggestion for better service if I may? Be more specific on what is and isn't included. Because on the website it says kids meals come with drinks, but my husband goes to pick up order and the girl working there said they are not included. Also to put an option for rice and beans for kids meals, i asked for a quesadilla, rice, and beans for my kids, and no rice and beans. So my husband bought the kids drinks separately and the horchata tasted so sour!! Also if the meat is dry toss it out, our food was so gross today... we didnt even enjoy or finish our food. Thanks...
I went through the drive thru which can be pretty frustrating when you have so many dietary restrictions but they were so patient and were very thorough with making sure everything was right. Plus the steak was AMAZING like what?????? 100/10 amazing :)))
We love Costa Vida so it's not easy to say what I am about to say. Today was the worst service imaginable. We ordered two regular nachos sweet pork extra meat on one. Literally the amount of meat was so minimal that I could get it all on two forks. We ordered house dressing for both and got nothing I asked for no guacamole and got so much guacamole that I should have had that much meat on there. The food was rushed and sloppy and all the chips were soggy. I paid good money for the some employee to just completely ignore our orders and give us the worst product we have ever gotten. We ordered pick up and it was ready right on time but the restaurant was super slow so they should not have rushed. I don't mean to be rude to the employee but if Costa Vida can't seem to train their employees to all be consistent then they are just as bad as the employees. Love the food still but will never come to this location again. Thanks for listening to my rant and sorry!
Good food, nice environment and fast service. They make their own tortillas too which is nice. Drink machine refill was slow and one of my co-worker couldn't refill.
2 bathrooms made for 1 person each. Automatic hands towels. Toilet seat covers and a changing table. Music playing from the restaurant. Step to open trash. There are instructions for how to wash your hands in case you forget or it's your first time.
Okay, real talk, this is the best Costa Vida location in Utah. They all serve the same food, and they all fix it basically the same way, but the people here are absolutely phenomenal. They are always in a good mood, they always have something nice to say to every customer, and they have never once acted exasperated with someone even when that person had a strange request.The people here are all deserve to be paid more than they are getting paid now, and I hope the powers-that-be read this review and take it into consideration when giving them a raise.
The food is fine, but the service at this location is terrible. I live down the road and me and my wife both really like Costa Vida so we frequent this location. I would say 7/10 times our order is messed up and we have to go back to have something fixed. They just don’t seem to care and its to the point we would rather drive to the further location for better service then this one that is 2 minutes from our house.
Honestly not the best experience. The Nachos were just ok. Chicken was dry. Steak salad want good either. The service was a little strange. Maybe just an off day for this location.
This place was great from ordering to devouring. The staff was very friendly but also expeditious with getting my order taken care of. This was my first experience at Costa Vida and if I find myself in this area again I'd look forward to returning to this location. The prices were great in comparison to the amount of food I recieved. Thank you to the staff on shift, keep up the good work!
