We ordered a salad and there was zero lettuce. our whole 30 bowl had 5 pieces of chicken, a scoop of tomatoes, and a scoop of guacamole and that's it. Both meals only filled 1/4 of each bowl. 38 dollars for THAT?! And there's no one to answer the phones so we can't make a complaint. Convenient. ?
Wasn’t greeted for several minutes. Whole line was dirty had not been wiped down at all. No fajita veggies and was told they were out. Forgot salad dressing for my salad to go. Provided no forks or spoon or napkins. Also purchased two drinks for the fresh lemonade and Iced tea only to turn the corner and find every single drink was completely out. Also took multiple credit card swipes due to an issue with a reward redemption for an entree. Worst chipotle experience I have had in a long time. Seriously need to step up the game at this location!
Slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been at. I went in tonight and got in line. Waited for 10 minutes in line while 2 people with small orders got served. 1 person working the line and cash register both. 6 employees in total. The staff is always polite, but I can’t take that slow of service. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The food is good, but there’s rarely a sense of urgency to get people served quickly or to keep tables clean.
If you go in they give you normal portion. When you pick it up the scalp you. So ridiculous. Just provide the same service.
I ordered a burrito bowl online and all they gave me was cut up steak and guacamole. No rice or beans or nothin. $27 for a half a cup of cut up meat.
Front line girl was super nice even though they run out of chicken at noon.She told me that it will take a minute and I said that I can wait. The girl cooking the meat did not like that she told her that next time to say that they are out, she was kind of upset , I don't know why. Good food .
Tiniest portions I have ever seen. The owners here must be telling their employees to skimp to save money. Could not believe the size of my bowl. Like maybe a third to half the size other chipotle places give you. This photo is my full bowl before I had even a bite. Half empty bowl

Came in tonight for a family dinner and had a great experience. Our wait was very short, the employees on the line very friendly and fulfilled our order. The cashier was also friendly and helpful. All our food was well made and extremely tasty. Everything was correct. The chips and guacamole were perfect!!! Also we noticed the to go orders were ready for everyone who was coming inside. Well done!!!!
Craving chipotle, my wife and I decided to stop. Wheb we arrived (8:15pm) we went to get in line and there were chairs blocking the line with a note saying we are digital. Fine- I get on my app while thinking about the 2-3 people prepping and 2 people making the online orders. No one in a rush, just chilling, stopping to have conversations with each other as they work. Once I place the order, it says the earliest time is 9:10 pm to be ready for pickup. Umm, what? I've never seen a chipotle so relaxed. I used to work as a service manager over a decade ago at a chipotle and you had to have the mentality to work.Why is it "digital only"? There's 8 people standing in the waiting room waiting for their orders with 7 bags sitting on the pickup order shelf. Notice in the photo: the hands in pockets.
