Always get a spicy chicken sandwich protein style (no bun). It always comes wrapped in some sort of paper so you can eat it. Today I got this… disaster trying to eat this.
This low review is because of the disappointing "Free Delivery" promotion. I thought that would be great for our workers on a construction site. To do a delivery order, they raise all the prices on each item. I didn't realize until after. The order cost me $50 more than if we would have done a pick up order. We'll take our business to one of the many other great restaurants in that area.
Takes 30 minutes or more to order food in the drive through now. It used to be quick and people would take your order and push you through. Now they are trying to get you to do it all yourself online and they have cut back on the service significantly. Only one lane is open which will take you 20 minutes just to be able to place your order, then another 10-20 minutes to receive it. The whole point of going here used to be the service was second to none, now you’re better off going to one of the other chicken places.
Employees consistently run at 110% and still keep their smiles on. Great food, great staff. You can never go wrong eating here. Little secret - - they have the best chocolate chip cookies.
The food was fine, except they forgot the kids meal. Called and spoke to someone, and they're mailing a coupon for a kids meal. I guess that's all good and dandy, except I just didn't have anything to feed the kid when we got home. Ended up sharing my meal which is fine, just annoying that I didn't get to eat all my yummy Chick-fil-A that I wanted.
Today I tried to book an order online with Chick-fila When I got their they told me I could not get my order because I was past the time to pick it up which was only about 10 minutes. From my understanding the pre order is to secure your order early so you don’t have to wait longer, but according to them it is only to save them time so they don’t have to take your order. Really bad customer service and I don’t recommend going to this location. I also don’t recommend using their app.
Great food and service as always. The people that served me were cheerful and friendly, even in the midst of being quite busy. I often get the sense that the Chick-fil-A workers I meet are proud to work there. It's different than the typical depressed slump you see in the attitudes of most working in the fast food industry.
Normally Chick-fil-A is much more efficient. I think they planned for fewer customers and had lower staffing. Food was good and service was good, just slower than normal.
Good food, good delivery, but most importantly great employees. I’ve been coming here for years ever since it opened and every single time the service has been exceptional. The girls working the drive through are really nice and the food is always super fresh.
The lines were long, but the employees were quick, efficient, and friendly.
