Delicious but.....I usually get the Wagyu beef cheesesteak, and there has always been plenty of meat. This time I tried the pastrami sandwich. I can't believe how little meat there was for a $10 sandwich.
Kids menu is confusing and the price is updated with masking tape and pen. The coleslaw isn't very good but the sandwiches are pretty good. The bread is one of the better breads over a lot of other sandwich restaurants and shops.
I love Capriottis. Been to many locations and had great food and experiences. This location was terrible. There was a terrible atmosphere with signs patronizing customers everywhere. (See attached photos) The tuna sandwich I ordered had hardly any tuna and was just full of lettuce. I’ve had this sandwich at many other locations and loved it. Here the sandwich was meager at best. The whole experience gave the impression that there there was some very grumpy, stingy, angry, penny pinching management behind it all. Will NEVER return to this location. I mean signs that threaten to call the police and telling me I’m on camera?! I am so sorry if some bad things have happened at this location with customers. But patronizing your regular customers and being skimpy on the food is not the answer.
The food was okay, but was more the service and atmosphere that will not be bringing us back. The guy who took our order took a very long time to come up to the counter, he was very short with us when we ordered. THERES NO HIGH CHAIRS so our son couldn’t sit safely. There’s TONS of weird signs everywhere talking about not taking shoes off or putting feet on the seats, about stealing soda, and one in particular threatening to call the cops for going into the mens bathroom because people have been caught peeing in the sink. The guy put up a sign on the door while we were there and then told the next customer it was online orders only. There was only one other table being used and they had already gotten their food. It didn’t seem busy.Having passage aggressive reminders everywhere of what not to do and being unable to enjoy my meal for fear my child would fall, it’s a no from me.
I love Capriotti’s! I’ve tried almost all of their sandwiches. My favorite is the Capistrami sandwich but I do like the hot Bobbi and classic Italian. They have awesome tomato soup and their sandwiches are perfect for dipping in that soup.
Place was decent. Today our subs were on the dry side but still tasty. There’s a lot of vegetarian options but they are listed as turkey, chicken, and steak so I’m confused as to how those sandwiches are vegetarian.
Staff was super pleasant. Food was good but not amazing. It was pretty quiet though when we went during dinner time which I always like. I'd definitely go back.
This was my first time trying Capriotti's and it was yummy! I tried the Bobbi which had turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mayo. It was super good! Will definitely be back.
Unbelievable experience. Ordered online and my email confirmation had the wrong time, different from my order confirmation. Tried calling their store and 1800 number with no answer. Emailed as well with no response. Showed up on the day of the order at their opening time and the lobby was closed. Called number on door (didn’t answer inside) and then knocked on the door. Very rude guy cam to the door yelling that they didn’t have enough staff, which I totally understand but can I simply get an update from someone. He was so rude I just told him to cancel the order, went over to Jersey Mikes and their team prepared a kit for 12 people in about 20 minutes!
I had not ordered from the Lehi Capriottis before today. Their information online said in 2 places that they had curbside pickup. I added a $6.26 tip for curbside pickup. When I arrived there weren't any parking spots, no spots to pick up and no curbside delivery either. The location of this store is in a horrible traffic maze area. It took me 15 minutes just to park and walk a ways, and when I asked them inside about curbside delivery they said they didn't have it and refused to take the tip charge off of my credit card. I will stick to their Riverton and Murray locations!
