Service was fine but no hustle when there was a line. No energy from the workers. Dishes need to be replaced. They are stained! Additionally they forgot to give us our rolls. I love Zupas but was a little disappointed in this location. :(
I am so mad right now. What a trashy waste of money. We ordered to go for our family of 5 and my jaw dropped when I saw what my husband returned with. We ordered 3 kids meals. One was completely missing the entry. They just threw fruit and a strawberry in there and thought it looked good enough to send out. One of the kids meals had Mac n Cheese as a side. What would you picture when you order Mac n Cheese? Something creamy right? Nope not at Zuppas. Legit noodles in a soupy milk. My daughter actually asked if it was soup. It looked so unappetizing she wouldn’t eat it. Then my almost $9 half a salad was teeny. I did a create your own with steak, peppers, cheese, cucumbers, and peas. The steak strips are probably a quarter inch in size and I counted 6 of them in my salad, I never saw a pea, there was a sprinkling of cheese. I felt like I was eating mixed greens with some cucumber. THAT was my almost $9 salad. We spent almost $40 dollars for a terrible meal, if you can even call it that. I never leave reviews but I’m fuming about this and the Lehi Zupas lack of quality control. I’ll leave a star because at least we received something for our money.
It wasn't very busy but we waited at curbside pickup for over 15 minutes after it said it would be ready. The car next to us had been waiting longer and they finally left. I'm not sure if they were able to cancel their order or what happened there. We finally went in and they told us it would be at the pickup table but it wasn't and apparently they had made it and forgot to do anything with it. After we got to our hotel, I noticed my salad was missing half of the ingredients. I love other Zupas but this experience was all around frustrating and disappointing.
Best Zupas ever! The management and team were all amazing. There was a small mix up in my order and they were quick to fix it. The food is always made to perfection. Keep it up!
Food tasted fine (except for my husband’s soup which he had to send back because it was too salty) but there was only one cashier during the Friday dinner rush. It’s an inefficient and frustrating process they use where guests watch their food that is ready and sitting getting cold while the cashier twiddles her thumbs and waits for another employee to gather up the guests’ food and tell her to ring it up. Plenty of employees and yet the time it takes once your food is ready before you are allowed to pay and go sit down is unacceptable. Don’t waste your time. For the price, you might as well go to a sit down restaurant.
Completely filthy. Can’t walk around any of the tables without stepping in food. A guy got a take out order of two sandwiches and two cups of soup and the packaging for the order took up a bag the size of a carryon I take in a plane. What a waste. Also, it took me 10 minutes to get my food with only 2 people in front of me. Love Zupas. Hate this location. I’m in town for a week and won’t be back.
Food was good as always BUT THE SERVICE SUCKED. The group of teenage girls that was working the salad and sandwich stations were just standing there chatting instead of doing their jobs. Completely unprofessional. However, the girl working the soup station (had darker hair and piercings) was wonderful and on top of things, so she definitely deserves credit.
Absolutely wonderful staff!! Establishment is very well run, clean, and they were so friendly and efficient. I am thoroughly impressed with this location. Thank you for the exemplary customer service! The food is delicious too!!
We got the protein bowls. It wasn't much food. I think I would stick to a salad and the small vs the large because the small isn't worth the cost difference. Just get the large. But the food was good and came with a yummy roll and chocolate covered strawberry. I didn't know that and was pleasantly surprised. A good healthy choice for fast food.
Great healthy food choice. Generally pretty busy during most times. All the soups I've tried were good and the steak cob was phenomenal.
