The service inside the restaurant was great and speedy however the last thing I want is a baby flies/nat in my food. I get home with my take out sit down and eat and there’s a fly/nat crawling from under the lettuce. I personally won’t be eating/ordering here again.I would love to speak to someone about a refund.

Food was good, as always. But…also typical, the staff was unenthusiastic and lethargic and, even though it was slow, the place was a mess. The food line was cluttered with dried up, spilled, splattered food and the dining room was a mess. The reservoir for the drink I ordered was empty and the soda machine was out of CO2. It was gross and made me want to walk out. It’s a shame, because I love Cafe Rio. Management needs to fix this. It’s been this way the last several times I’ve been to this Lehi location. I decided that tonight I was going to say something.

Today is most likely the last time ever eat food from Cafe Rio. The service was fine, but the food was awful. The chicken had zero flavor, and wasn’t prepared well. Super disappointing, this used to be my favorite to eat and now I don’t want to come back.

Loved coming to cafe rio in Lehi Utah. Tarzan helped me and made my experience super friendly. Loved how friendly and approachable he was. 12/10 customer service.

I already think $9 is way too much for a cheese quesadilla, especially if you don’t want it drowning in the “salad” they put on the side (always makes the entree soaking wet—ie not good) but today we barely even got cheese on it. I measured. The first piece was 3.5” wide and had less that 0.5” of cheese in there. The middle pieces barely had any. This is not unusual. Our two “chicken” enchiladas were pure BEEF (I checked the order it clearly said chicken.) the only reason I gave the 2 stars (and continue to hope for decent carry-out) Is that the online ordering has become MUCH BETTER since about a year ago, and the staff is usually very friendly when we walk through and get our order. Carry out—needs vast improvement since we aren’t there to watch every move.

Got here at 10pm so I figured the food would be cold and soggy since it was so close to closing time, but I was pleasantly surprised. Had one of the best burritos I've had at a Cafe Rio in a minute. They didn't skimp on the ingredients and the dudes behind the counter were quick and efficient. The District and Herriman locations should take notes from this location

Fantastic food and quick service. Food seems a lot more fresh and flavorful compared to other fast food Mexican restaurants like Chipotle. Wish we had one of these back home in MN!

I think Café Rio is delicious. This place is very busy and the line moves really fast. I love their burritos and nachos. I think they are suffering from the employee shortage and are doing the best they can trying to keep it clean. If you are not on the rewards app you should check it out.

If you live in Utah you know Cafe Rio. They’ve added nachos to their menu, they’re big enough for two, and I love them. It’s like a pork salad, but replace the lettuce with chips and cover it with cheese. I can feel my arteries constrict as I eat, but I enjoy every bite.

Normally pretty consistent, but not on this visit. Burrito was luke warm, and two of the fountain beverages were out. I asked them to fix the drinks three times in 15 minutes with no luck. On the third try I asked the employee if she was going to do anything and she replied "no". I asked for a manager and was told they weren't available. C V has been much better of late. Not going back.
