They were very understaffed, and the few staff that were there spent more time chatting with each other than working on our food. None of them ever wore gloves to handle food, and there were multiple other health code violations I saw while I was there (I also work in the food industry so I know what I’m talking about). None of the menu screens were working, so we just had to guess on what to order. The cash register at the front also wasn’t working, so the worker had to yell the orders across the store to one of the workers at the drive through register. We waited for our food for probably 10 minutes, then when we finally got it, they messed up one of the sandwiches and forgot multiple drinks. When we went up to ask if this could be corrected, we showed them the receipt and then the girl walked away and ignored us for two minutes before one of the guys came over and finally helped us. After he gave us our drinks, I waited another 5 minutes for them to finish making my sandwich. I watched them the entire time they made it, it took them 3 minutes to even start making it (they needed time to socialize first). After the lady finally made the burger, it took them another 2 minutes to move the 6 feet to hand the burger to me. This restaurant had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, even by Burger King standards.
Incompetent service. You won't get what you order...ever. I ordered a whopper and got chicken nuggets! How can you be that bad? The whopper is the flagship of BK! No wonder Wendy's is now the #2 fast food chain. Just give it up already BK...you are just terrible now, which is sad because I always loved BK more than the others. Pathetic.
Waited in line in the drive-thru for 10 minutes while the car in front of me was getting their order, finally got to the window, waited another 5 minutes for the worker to open the window and tell me the wrong order (apparently the guy behind me). They asked me to pull round to the parking lot where I waited another 15 minutes, watched another customer come around, they eventually brought his order, asked the worker if they were ever going to fill my order and they said they would check on it. Waited another 5 minutes, finally just called them on the phone to tell them I just want a refund, they told me I had to come back through the drive-thru to process that. I got to the window and they didn't even need my card for the refund.I get it, you're short-staffed, but I saw at least 4 workers there and I know it doesn't take 20+ minutes to cook a couple of sandwiches. The least they could is at least communicate with me that they are working on it. They only communicated with me when I reached out to them. Terrible service and I suppose I wouldn't trust the food that they served.
I have never experienced worse service than this restaurant gave. The person who took the order, messed it up so bad that a $64 order came back at an $82. When they finally got it right, after 20 minutes of sorting it out, we got the order back home and parts were missing. When I called to get it fixed the so called "manager" said she couldn't do anything about it and hung up on me. When I called back she hung up on me again. NEVER GO HERE!
I love the Whopper, but this location struggles. I know it's hard to find the right people to run a fast food joint, but this location has a harder time than most. So many times I have stopped by and their "systems" are down. I don't know what that means, but I'm pretty sure it's code for nobody showing up for work again. I guess what I'm saying is, set your expectations appropriately.
Order was accurate. No receipt was tendered. The fries were fresh and hot!I enjoyed my Whopper. Be sure to give the coupon code.
Did not want to put any stars. However in order to leave a review you have to unfortunately. My daughter and I stopped here because we were so hungry and had to use the restroom. After walking into the most disgusting bathroom and feet sticking in the floor to get there, we decided not only to NOT use the bathroom, but definitely not eat here. I cannot imagine if the bathroom is that filthy and the employees are going in there to wash their hands to make food how sick we might get so we left. This is a disgrace and needs to be shut down. No one is in there. So, definitely plenty of time to clean. GROSS.
Every time I give this burger King the benefit of the doubt I am kicking myself in the teeth!!! Why can't a major fast food chain get it right? I now understand why there are so many burger King franchises are falling apart. Went there a week ago to get a 2 for 6 advertised brand new ITALIAN classic chicken sandwich and a whopper (no tomato) and got a whopper (with tomato) and an ORIGINAL classic chicken sandwich!! To make it worse, had to argue with the dude running the drive through window(drive through only!!) That the ITALIAN original chicken sandwich was actually 2 for 6 because he couldn't find it on the register!!! COME ON GUYS!!
As a big fan of Burger King, seeing how genuinely terrible this franchise runs this location is saddening. I've attempted to order from here multiple times and every time, the hours are changed, the food is disgusting, and/or the customer service is mediocre at best. Also as a food handling employee, I'm appalled at the lack of concern for safe food handling procedures. This place needs serious reprimanding.
I don't know how this place is open, it's an embarrassment to the chain. I couldn't imagine how the food could be that bad but now I understand all the 1 star reviews. Shut this place down!! The burgers are so small and the food tastes old and stale.
