Great food! Lots of different flavors. Everyone seems to hate on chain restaurants. I think this is mainly because it makes them feel important? Like they are some sort of food expert or something? It doesn't make sense. Of course there are great mom and pop restaurants, but that doesn't mean all chains are bad. And this is one of those cases. Tons of flavors that actually taste good! When it comes to wings I have been to some of the competition around here and it doesn't even come close to how good this place is.
This place is always heaving in the evenings, particularly when basketball games are on TV so be prepared to wait for a table or sit in the bar if you want to eat quickly. The service is friendly and food is served within 5-10 minutes of ordering so great for a quick bite. You will be asked for photo ID if you want an alcoholic drink, however old you look. There are loads of spicy options but you also can't beat the salt & vinegar dry rub.
I ordered wings for the Super Bowl and everything was perfect. They had the wings ready at the scheduled time. There was absolutely no wait when I got there and the wings are made just right.
Placed an order for pickup for my son’s birthday. Boneless wings looked like they were sitting around for hours. Not much sauce on them. Chicken was dry and breading was cold/soft.The only redeeming value was that my teenaged sons ate them. But then again, they enjoy Salisbury Steak microwave dinners from Dollar Tree. So that isn’t saying much.
Well I gotta say, I don't usually like to write negative reviews and I also usually really enjoy BWW food but...I ordered some food to go and it was just awful. The fries were absolutely stale and freezing cold, they tasted worse than if you were to microwave day old fries. The chicken tenders were cold and they forgot to include the one thing that kind of makes the tenders stand out; the sauce. The sauce was not included so I had a meal of stale fries and dry cold tenders. Not a great experience with take out from here.
We used to love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location is terrible. I came to pickup a takeout order and they made me wait for almost TWO HOURS. This is not an exaggeration. The only reason I kept waiting was because when I would ask if it was almost ready they kept saying it was going to be 10 more minutes. So an hour and a half into waiting I asked if they would just cancel the order because I was leaving and they said just 10 more minutes and it would be out. The worker felt bad about making me wait so long so she said she would ask her manager if I could be refunded my money. The manager never came out to say sorry but the worker said she would put the money back on my card. Anyway, I left, and what do you know, we never see that refund come through! So a week later I call and ask if they could still do that for me and a person on the phone assures me he will take care of it. Still, nothing! I can’t believe how poor the customer service is and how dishonest they are!
Good flavor wings. Kind of can get on the expensive side of dinning. I am not a fan of the seating, it was crowded, and they could definitely use more servers. The staff were definitely overworked. It was a good overall experience though. Would recommend.
We got here and there was a line of people in the front waiting to be seated, people were there for a while until finally someone asked a crew member what the hold up was (keep in mind another worker told us he’d seat everyone down in a few minutes) and she told us that they’re shutting down for the night and aren’t gonna serve anymore food. I had no problem with it I understand a lot of places are short staffed but WHY HAVE TONS OF PEOPLE WAITING FOR NO REASON!! Wish they’d told us earlier instead of us waiting there for 20 minutes!*I’ll still be coming back I love my chicken wings*
I keep wanting to give this place the benefit of the doubt but it does us wrong every time. Service is always horrible, after being seated it takes us 20-25 min just to get drinks and anywhere from 45min to and hour to get a dozen wings and a handful of fries. Tonight specifically, we got out meals at separate times and me and my spouse ended up eating alone when we were suppose to enjoy our meals together. We also waited about 2 1/2 hours JUST for 12 wings and two boats of fries which is absolutely ridiculous! After having our fries first and waiting another hour for wings, they said they needed to “close shop early” because of covid at 7pm on a Saturday night????? and refused to add another boat of fries for us to eat with our wings after waiting so long.That’s equivalent to eating your hash browns first and waiting an hour for your eggs and bacon!!!The whole time We could see everyone in the back joking around and acting like they don’t have people to serve or check up on which was very frustrating.Don’t waste your time, food isn’t worth the horrible service!
I just got this for take out. It was over the amount at the restaurant. Although when I go into the actual Buffalo wild wings it's bigger with more chicken and much more delicious. Which made me want to order it for takeout. What the heck Buffalo wild wings! Please make take out as good as eat in!
