very good food and atmosphere!
While the atmosphere is great for hanging out and catching a sports game on any number of televisions, it's not a great spot for gathering. Music is kept at a volume that is loud enough, even with few people there, you have to speak loudly to be heard. The staff is friendly enough, but service is at a minimum especially once a meal crowd arrives. Getting follow up for possible needs happens fairly often as long as you keep your tab open. They are mid-priced for pricing on most of their menu, a bit high for their cocktails and drink menu. Restrooms are clean and well kept. The Irish potatoes and (spring rolls) on the menu were tasty enough but not enough to hype the review.
Brandi is the best!!! Love Larry's Berries & the Monte Cristo egg rolls if anyone ever wants to take me ?
I really wanted to like this place as the bar tenders were nice all though very busy. First o asked for an Ol Fashion made with Bullit. It came out orange, and tasted like it had cinnamon in it. The other bar tender did notice I wasn't touching the drink and made me another one which was better but was way too sweet. Next I had ordered an appetizer (Monte Crisco Egg Rolls) and after waiting close to an hour for them I finally got thier attention. First was told it was two orders ahead then mine would come out. After I watched several orders go out I decided to give up and cash out. Got someone's attention to notify the bar tenders I was chashing out. Guess what.. they brought me my order as they handed me the card machine. I asked for a to go box and left. The front ID checker was really cool and I let him know what happened. He was surprised they didn't take something off the order.. I told him just make sure the manager is aware, thanked him and left.. normally I'm quite considerate of servers as I travel a lot for work, but this was pure negligence as a server or staff..
Good food. Good service. Sports everywhere!
We thought the food was great, (maybe a little overpriced). Service was good too, just a little slow for a more than half empty restaurant in my opinion. My husband said the fries were better than five guys and the onion rings were next level. The fry sauce was honestly so frickin good.
Food was nothing out of the box. Or everything out of a box.. nothing fresh and crisp.. Wings are big. Had slow service. Most of the employees hung out together. When I looked around there was almost everyone was waiting to get there servers attention.
great vibe, people are nice
Went for the first time tonight. Had to wait 5 minutes for a clean table. I even had to go ask a waitress to clean a table for us. She had an attitude about it.I ordered fish and chips, my date wanted egg rolls but they were out of them so he got a salad and quesadilla. His food came right out. As he was eating his meal the waitress came over and told me they were out of fish. I opted for the nachos.I waited another 20 minutes. My date had finished his food and mine had still not arrived. Finally my nachos came. They were covered in pink spicy sauce and had little to no meat at all. I couldn't even eat them. The Dirty Blonde drink I ordered was way to sweet and I couldn't even drink that.
We had the worst experience at bout time yesterday. We went to watch March Madness and St. Patty's day and planned for a full day of food and drink. As a sports bar we expected to be able to listen to the games as we have always done in years past. We arrived at 2pm and right away we could tell the bar was short staffed. The was ok we figured it may get better its March Madness and St Patty day big drinking day right?? Unfortunately it didn't. When we arrived it was pretty slow and rap/disco music was play ok we can deal with it right? We asked the bartender multiple times can we listen to the games. Well he stated people are playing money to listen to music.. ok we get that. So we figured ok lets play some music we like. So we loaded up the music we enjoy and magically guess what the volume goes way down to the point you couldn't hear what we paid for. Once our music was done the volume magically goes back up. We we caught on to the game it was the bard tender controlling the music and the volume what kind of business does this??? Well it gets better we should have learned by 6pm still not being able to listen to the games we order dinner mind you after we ordered lunch earlier. 1 hour later cold food comes out after again asking the waitress how much longer for the food multiple times. I myself usually spend $50-100 every couple weeks at this location. How do you call yourself a sports bar and not play volume on one of the biggest sports days of the year and on top of that default your tip's to 25% which i have always gladdy paid in the past. Your bartenders are controlling what music is played. He basically lied to us telling us customers were loading up the music and could not turn on the game volumen as we watched him selecting songs on this phone. Since when does bar staff pay the bills vs the customer? This was absolute disaster of a experience.
