The baristas that help me every morning are amazing!! I forgot to ask for Soy milk this morning and the person helping me remembered and remade my drink. Thank you for being so thoughtful. You saved me from a full day of stomach issues.
I love this location! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful… Even when I bought my coffee originally at the Orem store, I went in to buy an extra shot for my espresso float at the Lehi store and they just gave it to me for free.
Do not come here! Worse place to get coffee. I am usually a fan of Beans and Brews but this location is horrible. I pre-ordered some coffee and they gave my order away when I specifically asked for a pick up at 8am and I showed up early. They didn’t even try to make the drinks again.
This Beans and Brews is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Employees are either not trained properly or just do not care. Certain employees refuse to verify orders. Constantly getting my order incorrect. Now they correct it but the time I have to waste for them to get it fixed is not right. And now getting told by a barista after checking with a coworker that she was told not to serve me. I spend hundreds monthly on beans and brews and this experience today has made me really dislike this company. Stay away from traverse mountain beans and brews.
I am a serious coffee lover and have never been to this establishment before. The batista listened to what I wanted, a medium iced coffee, extra light creamer, and 1 pump of sugar free hazelnut, and the coffee is excellent. Bold taste, not watery, and I am highly satisfied. ?
The BEST location. The customer service is phenomenal. Shelby and Hailey go above and beyond every time we are there. Our drinks are always perfect. I can’t say enough good things.

Great location experience for me because the coffee I ordered was actually hot & the pump of caramel was added as well!The wait was 15 min +, granted it was in the morning; don't show up in a pinch for time at 9 am. ☕
Sat down in dining room. Ordered a hot chocolate and a turkey panini sandwich. No one else was here. Window was a little busy. Got coco arrived first. It was not hot. Sandwich showed up in a sandwich bag and it was cold. It looked like it was thrown together by someone who could care less. The place looked nice but I won’t be back.
We had a very poor experience going I to the store on Sunday morning. We ordered three things, two drinks and a croissant sandwich. We were only one of two parties in the store. They got my wife's drink right fairly quickly. I had ordered a large non-fat latte with an extra shot. Instead they served a large mochaccino. After an extended period when they asked if we were waiting for anything else. I told them we were waiting on the latte and the breakfast sandwich. The barista realized the mistake and offered to make the latte, but by then we'd been waiting for quite a while so I elected to take the mochaccino. Finally after about 15 minutes more they the barista again asked if we were waiting for anything else. I again told her we were waiting on the sandwich. They apparently gave our sandwich to someone at the drive in and we had to wait for them to make another. Very poor customer service for what I would say was a simple order. No apologies or acknowledgement of the mistakes were offered. I don't need to go back to this store.
